the reception, room services and security staff was amazing friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately they don’t have more than two people room which you have too book for more rooms and I would blame Booking on the options gave me I booked for a free cancellation and breakfast for each room the system did not give me the booked options which I had to go and fix it personally, which it caused me a trouble they receptionist where veryyyy helpful and fixed it for me, and for three mornings the restaurant staff had to give me a receipt to signed on it to verify the payment which “ I HAD PAY FOR A FULL ROOM WITH BREAKFAST FOR TWO ROOMS” which was unacceptable and the receptionist helped to verify the issue accordingly.

Calm, location and proximity to airport. Members of staff at the reception were very helpful, welcoming and accommodating.

Not being assisted to carry my luggage upstairs ( I suppose this is mainly due because of shortage of staff during Eid period- however, this should have been better planned for) Missing the special and peculiar diffusers you had before that leaves a memorable feeling of the place.

Location was amazing. Right on the lake in a quieter, more upscale area of Tunis. Away from a lot of the chaos and noise of the city centre. I only stayed one night, but the hotel seemed a little fancy. Lots of food options nearby. Easy access to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable and western style. Nice small balcony. Hotel itself was gated and had security, so I felt very safe when I left for the airport late at night.

The shower was large, but only had a door on one half of the shower. But the shower was level with the floor. So, when I took a shower, all the water poured out onto the bathroom, flooding the rest of the bathroom. Kind of a design issue.

Tunisia is a country renowned for its beauty and the kindness and generosity of its people, qualities that are personified by the hotel staff.

The lobby air conditioning was not working. So I had to work in my room.

great location near airport. price very reasonable. Old style but well maintained and very clean.Friendly staff, quick and efficient.

The location is great as it is near to international airport and the city center. There are many nice restaurants and coffee-shops which located in walking distance. Also, the hotel is located in safe neighborhood since I stayed late at a coffeeshop late. The reception and worker were helpful as i gave them a stained blouse and a shirt need iron which they prepared with an hour. They made my day.

The room is old and need to renew such as bathroom, the drawers , and the wardrobe . The phone inside the room was not working so when I needed the iron to do my cloths i had to go to the reception and asked them for the iron but they refused and told me that is the management order !!! which is wired because there is iron table in the room.

The location is great, and the staff is excellent. Khalifa at the front desk is very professional and welcoming. The restaurant is also very good. Any questions are answered promptly, and any request is immediately fulfilled. The rooms are very clean

Third time to stay at Acropole, the location is excellent, easy to reach the airport and the suburbs as well as the city center. The hotel is clean and is situated in a very nice, secure place, just a one minute walk from the lake area.

There is no negative remark.

Staff, specially ladies, made the stay easy and comfortable. They were extremely helpful. Hotel is easily accessible, near the airport, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, even nice walks in the street at the back or by the lake will comfort you.
