High standard business hotel Room spacious and clean (we were in a suite deluxe), ideal for a family Good breakfast Very quiet area in montplisir, 10 minutes of taxi to Tunis medina

The reception staff, although nice and kind, could not give us any tourist information or helpful tips (in particular on the surroundings of the hotel - eg markets, restaurant). We didn't try the a la cart dinner at hotel, cause the menu seemed limited and overpriced compared to Tunis standars

Big clean rooms, comfortable beds, attentive staff.Very good central conditioning system, which regulates the temperature and is always very balanced all day and night long, not too hot or cold.

The rooms have a door which connects two separate rooms. If you lucky and your neighbours are quiet, then it's fine. But we had noisy neighbours who were loudly talking until 4 am and smoking in the room,so very bad experience, because we could hear every single noise like it was happening in our own room.We asked the staff to change the room next day and they did so.The breakfast buffet was ok,however a few mornings there was quite limited choice.

Location not so bad, the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was not so good. Very poor choice and the meals were very heavy. The coffee was horrible and for the one made in the bar you have to pay extra. The room was not really clean, especially the bathroom floor was very dirty, full of hairs. Don't order the taxi via the reception because they got the commission from the drivers and the price to airport is 4 times more expensive as it should. When we didn't want to pay so much the driver explained that he has to pay half of the price to hotel.

The staff were keen to help you with anything. The manager Mr Fwzee was extremely helpful. Hotel gave an exchange rate similar to banks Use Bolt to travel - very cheap. For longer journeys just negotiate with the driver and they usually chare 40 Dinars an hour (approx. £10) which is very reasonable.

This is the main flaw of the hotel. The breakfast was an absolute minimum and the choice was not good at all. The coffee was 2nd to 3rd rate and unfortunately during our stay the coffee machine was not working. The restaurant menu was very basic and being Ramadan Month, the chef was away which made matters worse. The light snacks were not available during the day because no chef and Ramadan.

The property is quite nice, located on a small street, away from the main traffic and noise. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are quite large and spacious. The place has a restaurant which is quite nice if you don't feel like going out.

Rooms could have been ready, we arrived after 4pm and still had to wait to get the room. Some extra towels (possibly in a better condition) wouldn't hurt (we had 2 large bath towels and one hand/face towel only, which was rather worn out....) Some extra toiletries wouldn't hurt either, especially for a 4-star hotel (we only got soap and shower gel).

The hotel is well-located, close to downtown Tunis, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and clean, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were particularly friendly and welcoming.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience. The fridge in my room was not working initially because it was unplugged, and I couldn’t find a suitable socket to plug it in. Despite this small issue, my stay was enjoyable, and I would consider returning on my next visit to Tunis.

Big, clean room. Good amenities.

I asked the night before for transport to the airport at 5am the next day. The front desk attendant was lovely and booked it. I assumed it was free because booking.com said it was. That morning we had someone at our door to grab our bags to put in the taxi. This was great. When we went to the taxi the new front desk person told me I can pay the taxi driver 20 euro once at the airport. 20euro?! For an 8 min drive. We had been in taxis already in Tunisia and knew this was a ridiculous price. When I confronted the front desk about this he quickly told me I could pay 10 euro. I agreed because it was 5 am and we were tired. This situation made us feel really bad. You would hope your hotel would be a safe place.

Nice big room with fridge, TV with international channels, couch, comfortable bed. hotel is very clean, reception very helpful and friendly. Location quite good with many taxis driving by the main road that can take you to the medina quickly

Breakfast was okay, but not great. No fresh fruit, bread was a bit hard. Cleaning lady didn't clean our room and just turned the sign to "do not disturb" instead (reception was very nice about this and send someone to at least change the towels later, thank you). Sometimes there was a very bad smell outside (garbage bins?) so that we couldn't open the windows

Took taxi from the airport and that was ok but naturally they wanted to charge me more since I was a tourist. I paid 30 dinars from the airport. Better to change money at a bank then at the airport or hotel. I changed currency at a bank just down the road from the hotel by the big main avenue. Hotel has a decent lobby and staff was nice on arrival. I was surprised how huge the room was. Bed was comfortable, limited english channels, nice bathroom with only rain shower and no hand held part to the shower. small toiletry bottles provided. enough plugs in the room and a/c worked well. Otherwise a clean property and pleasant service.

I gave the hotel an 8 since the internet was very poor and it was not my laptop that was at fault. I moved to another hotel and my laptop connected to internet without any issue. Every time you changed floors you had to log in again. At least it worked on my phone. Best to get the sim card at the airport but I did find one in town. There was a good selection for breakfast but all the supposed hot food was luke warm. The Baie Marie does not work well.

Breakfast was copious but mostly catering for Tunisian guests. There is no alcohol in the hotel, but the nearby 'Business Hotel' operates two bars/restaurants that serve alcohol. Selection of evening meal choices is enough and portions are large (but nothing fancy). The 'breakfast lady' in particular always had a welcoming smile. The room was large, bathroom and shower excellent. The safety box could accommodate a large laptop. Several ATMs nearby (but best used after business hours). A quick area at night.

Internet was fine but required regular logging-in.
