Very friendly members of staff. They accommodated all our request promptly and friendly.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center

We greatly appreciated our stay at the Hôtel Belvédère Fourati. Staff are welcoming and professional, the room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and breakfast was varied and generous. The exercise room is good, and from the adjoining rooftop terrace you have a bird’s-eye view of the neighbourhood. The restaurant is elegant, service is good, and dishes comfortably priced.

There’s very little not to like. The highly chlorinated water is uncomfortable for people with sensitive skin, but that’s not under the hotel’s control. I didn’t try the bar so can’t comment on that.

Nothing! Everything was good! Perhaps only a way forward is to have pillow options for those that need softer flatter pillows.

I ordered a mojito and it was the best I've had!! Was always offered snacks with our drinks and even when we were just relaxing in the lobby. Our room was always clean and taken cared of. The basket of fruits were thoughtful and tasty. Our farewell gift was a great surprise and it made it home in one piece and is truly a wonderful memory of our stay there. We enjoyed being acknowledge by your founding father and the sons whenever we saw them. They are truly a family business that cares for their clients from day one until they leave.

We wish the food was a bit hotter when served.

The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, stocked with an abundance of complimentary toiletries and extras that even some 5-star hotels don't provide. The staff were not just friendly but also highly professional, always eager to assist. All in all, fantastic value for the price paid. The restaurant food was amazing and managed to wow us with the taste of the local and international cuisine.

The area doesn't offer many attractions or activities, and there's a limited number of restaurants around. It's more of an industrial area and doesn't have convenient access to the metro or a reliable bus service. However, taxis are readily available, offering access to any destination within the larger city area. The sound isolation of the rooms needs improvement as we could hear noises from adjacent rooms and corridor hallways sometimes.

Staff are always happy to help. The restaurant above is quite convenient, specially during Ramadan. Prices are reasonable and payment options made it easy. Currency exchange service at reception came in handy.

If you’re a light sleeper maybe this is not an opción for you as windows are not double glazed and the noise from the street enters your room very easily. Also, taxi services are deficient. My experience was a bit tarnished due to airport shuttle arranged by hotel did not show up. I’m aware this is not 100% responsibility of the hotel.

I was very impressed with the check in process. I was greeted warmly and provided a nice glass of lemonade. The restuarant was nice and the service staff was extremely professional. Here is an example: I accidently dripped some sauce on my short and the server went quickly into the kitchen and brought back a cleanser that took the stain off. There was a welcome basket of local fruit that was greatly appreciated and a thank you gift on check out (a locally made pottery dish).

The free parking was free, but was basically street parking. No true issues with the, however.

- The AC did not go below 24 degrees and I struggled to sleep because of it. VERY HOT ROOM! - Pillows are a little different to our typical Western style ones so watch out for neck ache etc.

It’s an amazing hotel! This is my second time staying at Hotel Belvédère Fourati and I’m really impressed each time by everything. Starting from the nice hospitality and warm welcoming to all my family especially my children. I’m very thankful for Ms. Rania, she was super kind and attentive to all our needs. She chose the perfect rooms for us and made us feel comfortable as we were at home. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean with all amenities. The food was super delicious with many varieties. The location is great and it is close enough for everything, especially the Zoo which was so fun for the kids. Really I can’t find the perfect words to describe how I am satisfied about my staying here. In overall I highly recommend this hotel for whom looking for comfort, location, great services and the best price. And finally thank you Hotel Belvédère Fourati for the beautiful gift, I do appreciate😊 you will always be my first choice when coming to Tunisia 🇹🇳❤️
