The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. Location perfect. Very friendly staff (M. Marwa, Mr.Khalil ). All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. Friendly staff everyone especially Aziz,Isam.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this Hotel ! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city "Lake" . The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. The Suites are tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the breathtaking views from the Suite added an extra touch of luxury. The Amazing 3 bedroom Penthouse Suite was very spacious and luxurious. Excellent Staff, Great Location, Delicious Dinner Buffet, Wonderful Facilities. This Hotel gets a perfect 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay here again. Marwa at the front desk was exceptional with checking us in and ensuring that we had the best Suite. Thank you so much Marwa, you helped to make our birthday trip fantastic and unforgettable. Tarek at the Front Desk was very helpful with assisting us during our stay at the Adam Hotel & Suites. When we return to Tunis this is the ONLY Hotel we will stay at.

Client service: Exceptional client service.I was not happy with my first booked suite.The reception staff kindly changed it immediately and upgraded me to a better suite. My trip plans changed after the first night stay. Hotel management staff, Ms.Marwa, was very understanding and modified my booking accordingly without any issues. Suite: My suite was clean and spacious. Was happy with the comfy king size bed, kitchenette and the large living area with flat screen TV. Wifi internet was strong and the two TVs in the suites were both equipped with android boxes to watch Netflix and YouTube. Room service: I ordered dinner and was happy with the quality of food. Clean, tasty and good portion. Location: close to many Cafés and restaurants in the lac II area. Thank you to staff and management at ADAM hotel suites and special thanks to Ms.Marwa at the front desk who made sure everything was great. Will definitely come back soon and stay longer to enjoy the accommodation.

Me and my wife loved our stay! We ending up booking the place for our wedding night and was welcomed warmly by the staff. We got a welcoming gift and and upgrade to the loft - which was incredible! The room itself was modern and stylish, very clean, spacious and all the amenities we needed and more! The view was amazing! The private pool made the stay even more special! A huge thanks goes to Nawfel, who went above and beyond to make our day the most special day possible, he was kind and made us very happy! Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re staying in Tunis.

rooms: very nice rooms clean and comfy beds clean bathrooms kitchen is empty but that’s fine they give you complementary water the staff are so kind Zaher gave us a suite update and was sooo nice he kept helping all the time we even asked to extend one more night and the booking manager helped out with it spa: very nice and super clean we did the hamam it was nice but the massage after it with Mohamed was the best massage I have ever had in my life (no joke) breakfast was great if you are a desserty breakfast person this is for you wifi: very good we worked on the first day so didn’t have any trouble

I was greeted by the manager Mr Marwan who was most welcoming and makes time for everyone. I have travelled the world but i can honestly say you won't find many hotel managers like Mr Marwan. He GENUINLY goes the extra mile. His staff (Yousuff & Marwa, Mr Mohammed ect) are as you expect professional and helpful. The hotel is in nice location, close to bars and restaurants.

Time went too quick! They have a pool and sanua and massage so there is a lot to enjoy with very little time.
