- Noise from the hallway of other guests. Door does not block ANY sound whatsoever - Smoking allowed inside the hotel, especially at the cafe. Non smoking area still has cigarette smoke waft over.

Very clean and spacious room

I booked a taxi for the airport with the hotel.the hotel staff at the reception told the price was 30 dinards .It was a agreed price between the hotel and the taxi.i had confirmation of this price 3 times during my stay.when i arrived at the airport the price suddenly was 50 dinars ! I found this very unrelible and unprofesional.i would like to have a comment from the hotel on this.

The room is spacious with a sofa, armchair, large table, a min bar, a bottle of water, a large shower, a large bed, comfy, good lighting with many options available to customise, 5 elevators so you never wait too much, free car park, great location if you have business in the city center but not far from other parts of the city if you avoid rush hours to reach your destination... for example, the airport is at 10 min without traffic and a maximum of 20 minutes in case of that.

towels are stinking potentially from low quality laundry services. I advise the hotel to look into that issue seriously. Rooms are good but require maintenance, attention to details and QC by additional tech or supervisor all times, for example, the first room A/C wasn't working despite technician's actions so the receptionist was kind to offer us a replacement room which had a good AC besides the sink was clogged.

Great place. Very comfortable room. I really enjoyed the restaurants, cafe, and pool on site.

The staff were really excellent, but I did have problems with young male staff hitting on me. One even asked for my Facebook, I laughed and told him no, and he looked me up and added me anyway on Instagram. I found this really disrespectful. The hotel should train the young men to be professional and respectful. This experience really soured my taste for the rest of my time there.

I liked everything in this Hotel: Staff is excellent, very pleasant & helpfull: Mr. Riyadh and Mr. Ridha with his welcoming attitude. Rooms are spacious, very clean, bathrooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Beds are so restful and homely. Hotel reception is spacious and enjoyable to sit at while waiting for friends to pass by and pick-up. Several lifts are available all the time, which makes it very practical to reach your room in a minute or less! Parking spaces available inside the Hotel space, nice view of greenyard... A very good experience indeed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Golden Tulip El Mechtel , rooms have average size but very clean and cozy, Bed was really comfortable , Staff was really helpful from reception to room service , Mr Reda at reception was really welcoming and was really helpful very professional gentleman, We would highly recommend this hotel if you coming for business trip as it is very near from city center and all facilities

We didn't like the Italian restaurant at the hotel , we ordered one spaghetti sea food and one pizza margarita both were tasteless and has no flavors, price was high compare to the quality of food they offer

I arrived late at night at the hotel. I was greeted by the receptionist and the process was quick and the receptionist even accompanied me to the room. The room was very comfortable and clean. WIFI was free and the connection in the room was good. There is an a la carte restaurant within the hotel (L' Atelier) which has very good food and is very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Meeted or exceeded expectations

The only drawback was the check in process. Three people (stations) and you have to fill out a paper with all of your information, passport, etc. Then be sent to a cashier. I would think anyone of the reception folks should be able to run your credit card. Something to improve on, otherwise love this hotel! Thank You,

The hotel staff are very friendly and handle all requests with professionalism. The hotel is well located. Many choice for restaurants in the hotel and in the area arround.

A little noise coming from the toilet fan that cannot be turned off (not too serious).

Reception staff very professional, restaurant well kept, clean and wide variety of good food, location is very ideal.

There's a club nearby with loud music, though i noticed at midnight it turns the music off. When making the bed, the sheets should be straightened as much as possible to look super neat.
