Great location, plenty of free parking out the front, 4min walk to one of Ankara's biggest shopping mall's next door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great price for a 5 star hotel.

Rooms was a bit outdated and tired. We were on level 12 so I can only comment on this floor, and the carpets in the corridor were starting to pull up from where the walls are, could do with a new carpet and a general upgrade as everything appears to be at least 20 years old. Had trouble with the TV in my room and finally gave up on it and switched it off.

We booked 1422 which is very specious and exactly as in the pictures,but it was hot like hell , I suffered from the room temperature ,,Although they came and change a spare part and fix the AC but nothing changed Maybe due to the open space of the bathroom facilities ( in my opinion it’s old fashion to have that facility open) ventilation exhaust reduce the quality of the AC.Maybe isolating that area and with glass wall and fix the AC that could improve the suite smell also , and increase the privacy of using the bath and toilet

The staff were excellent. Professional, polite, helpful all the time. Room was of a good size - clean and very comfortable. Restaurant where breakfast was served is nice and the breakfast spread was excellent. Hotel was next to Ankamall - easy to get whatever you need.

We were there from Friday to Sunday. Traffic going in and coming out from the mall caused a massive jam. On sat evening, the last 300m or so to the hotel took us 45 minutes.

The manager of staff was very helpful and kind. The staff as well present the same behaviour. Cleanliness is very well established. Hotel is next to one of the largest shopping mall of Ankara and next to metro station as well.

One of the elevators always under maintenance, needs to be improved. Otherwise we were happy with the elevators. There is a a need for kids club.

Outside the fact that the facility was very premium, extremely good location (besides the second biggest mall in Turkiye) and opposite a local metro, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Ertan at the restaurant, very friendly and polite as well as Ertugrul at the reception who went above and BEYOND to assist me in booking fast travel between Ankara to Istanbul. Would absolutely stay here again if I visit Anakara.

The heating for the room unfortunately not switch off and stay in a consistent warm heat. I internet was also very poor.

Stayed here for 2 weeks on a work visit and the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the duty manager Utku Tozluyurt who always smiled, stopped for a quick chat to see how I was doing and also went out of his way to sort out a few issues I had with extending my stay (an asset to cp). Very good location near metro and AnkaMall. 10 minutes on metro to the centre kizilay. Good fitness centre with nice sauna and steam room. Breakfast was outstanding. rooms cleaned daily to a good standard.

Staff were very friendly and room was clean and spacious. Mattress was of good quality.

Smoking is allowed in the hotel and is not actively enforced against it. This causes the air conditioning ducts and rooms to smell strongly of cigarette smoke. As an asthma patient I suffer from this. Because I stayed a power, I did not mention it further. When checking out I indicated. Furthermore, the things in the hotel are very old and need a lot of maintenance.

- located just in front of the huge shopping mall - staff very helpful and fast to address any requests related to the room - taxis in front of the hotel - restaurant is open any time of the day - breakfast buffet has lots of choices, good quality

- traffic around shopping mall can sometimes get very heavy - 15 minutes taxi drive (100 TL) from restaurants area - not all staff speaks English... At the restaurant this can be quite complicated... - better not to keep the room key close to the phone, as then the key is reset - elevator needs the room key to go up - found a little bit of dust in the room - sink in the bathroom was blocked - very little advices for tourism. The hotel is oriented to business travelers

We really liked the hotel, we came with our family, the room was very quiet, we didn't hear anyone else on the floor. We really enjoyed the food in the restaurant, especially the French onion soup. The staff were very polite and accommodating. If we are in Ankara again, we will definitely visit again.

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working on the day of our visit.

I stayed at this hotel and it was excellent. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location, close to everything. I highly recommend it to everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you!
