The hotel maintained very high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Every facility worked well and the staff were very polite and helpful. Mr. Sinan at the front office was very supportive and provided very good background information on Ankara. Due to his guidance about public transport and some outbound locations like Golbasi and Cubuk Barrage, I could enjoy these wonderful places. Salim and Ahmet were very supportive also, just to name a few of the most wonderful staff team.

At first appearance, the neighborhood is slightly run down, but that is not the making of the hotel. Actually the area is very central, but for some reason, a bit neglected by the otherwise competent city administration.

The location of the hotel is quite good for foreign tourists, who wishes look at central ancient part of Ankara. The hotel is situated near Ulus metro station. You can reach Ankara castle and the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations by your feet in 30-40 minutes. The room had heating radiators. It was warm inside the room during snow cold days. We liked it very much in the hotel. One more important thing in this accommodation - cleanliness of bed and the room itself. The breakfast was also good with a good choice of different foods.

The hotel is very good. Everything is very clean, the rooms are big and beautiful, the maitress is very comfortable. The room was warm at everymoment and there are very good wifi in every floor. The breakfast is also good. Above all, the people who is working there is very kind and helpful. The location is good if you want to move easily in the city, having bus and metro nearby. You can also take taxis and in 10 min you will be in the center.

Ankara is full of people and unknown hidden places. Therefore, in the night we recommend coming back to the hotel by taxi, arranging the price in advance with the taxi driver.

Good sized room, clean, great lighting options, good plumbing, good water pressure in the shower, also liked the shampoo, loved the do not disturb button, it’s better than those paper things you hang on the door. we only took über, from this neighbourhood it was easy to get to places, so that was a bonus too. From the airport you can get here (affordable) if you take a bus to Ulus - then you walk for about 5 mins and you’re there. The staff were absolutely lovely. Everyone. Thank you for your friendliness.

The room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic shower. This room included a seating area which was great to sit and plan our activities. Tea and coffee were provided along with a kettle. The breakfast was ok. It was non-smoking throughout which was great. The hotel is situated in a local neighbourhood, however by 10pm the streets were very quiet. We were close enough to be able to walk to Ankara Castle and the Anatolian Museum. Staff always said hello as we entered/exited.

Would have liked the option of a cold drink with breakfast. Toiletries such as toilet paper and hand soap were not topped up when all used up.

The walls were a bit thin between rooms. Thankfully, I had quiet neighbors :)

The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We arrived in the afternoon and the street was crowded with cars, taxi and people so parking was a little difficult but the staff helped us. They also recommended us a great restaurant across the street to have our lunch which was fantastic! The breakfast spread was also great and filled our bellies until late.

The AC in our room was very weak and we could not feel the cold air. Sleeping during the night at the height of summer (August) it was uncomfortable and we were sweating quite a lot. We did call for help at the reception but he was not able to fix the issue. We only stayed for one night so we did not request to be moved to a different room.

Love the Staff. Sinan and Sokat were very helpful and friendly, As far as the room was concerned, it met my expectation. Great comfortable beds ... clean room and bathroom. Location was very easy to find... Took the 442 bus (2nd curb outside airport arrival hall) and get off at Ataturk Ulus station (follow Google map) .. then walk 5 minutes and we are there. Ulus is a great location ... close to Metro stops.. 2 metro stops from giantic ANKA mall, 5 minutes taxi ride to the high speed train station. And if you want to walk around city center, 3 bus stops away on #482 And the included breakfast was excellent. They did not skimp. Easily huge plus. Would definitely recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is close by the metro station and lots of buses. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars or shops around. The area is popular however it’s safe. The breakfast is nice with a large choice of Turkish food. Turkish cheeses are amazing. The staff is kind. The TV Chanel with Turkish music is perfect to feel the Turkey’s vibe.

There was a bad smell of cigarette in my room. The bed sheets were folded on my bed when I arrived so I had to make my bed by myself. I would appreciate if my bed was done before I arrive. My room was close by the restaurant so it was very noisy from 7am.
