Uğur is the epitome of geniune turkish hospitality! The kind of person who will go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed and have the most comfortable stay! He assisted me with a complimentary very early check-in so i could freshen up after a long trip and enjoy my day, he arranged the Balloon flight and two day tours (red & green) at great prices with great tour guides/agencies. My short stay was perfect & I felt like I'm staying at home with family, not at a hotel. Location is prime within short walking distance from the town center and bus station.

Nothing, but it would be great if the rooms were equipped with some table lamps.

Ugru is fantastic guy . He is serious Very caring.. everything was topnotch. Weather was very deadly so he provided additional heater in room.. my check out time 11 am and my bus departs 8pm. I keep my bags in his office and infact he keep asking me to be in side his office with heater because outside was very cold (-2) degree . Overall outstanding experience. If I ever go Cappadocia, I will definitely stay in Epoch stone House 😊

Everything related to Epoch was super fantastic in this price range,, but Weather after sunset 😂.. I don't like seriously , because I lives in Karachi so my body is use to 13⁰ to 38⁰c

The staff was really wonderful. They answered ALL of our many questions and provided very practical input in terms of suggestions. They offered us different deals without being overbearing and just in general were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit cold at night, but they were quick to correct the issue to ensure our comfort by providing a personal heater. The breakfast buffet seems to be a first come first serve setup. This was not an issue for us but could be inconvenient for any late comers who would be left as scrap scavengers.

Amazing environment, spacious and clean apartment for a family, located at the commercial heart of Goreme city. Ugur is an amazing host and very helpful. Gizem and Oguz were so caring and made us feel like a family. Good breakfast, walkable distance from most eateries, bus stop, taxi stands, Goreme hot air balloon view point. Goreme open air museum is 20 mins walking from Epoch Stone House. Ugur also runs a travel company and could organize the different tours, hot air balloon and also the airport pick up and drop.

Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They offered us a discounted rate on a balloon ride but unfortunately we had already booked with a different company. The location is very central to the town so great for going out for dinner/exploring. They do not have a carpark, but I doubt many places do in this town, we didn't struggle to find a spot nearby. The room was quite small but cosy and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast (included) on the roof terrace was a lovely way to end our stay. Very good value, would definitely stay again.

The location was just incredible! Three minutes walk from the bus station and five minutes from the center of Goreme! The terrace has a stunning view over the air balloons and the breakfast is fine. A special mention to the staff, Ugur has been just great in helping us before arriving at the hotel, answering all the questions we have, and providing us with a transfer for visiting the Ihlara Valley and Derinkuyu. His help really made the difference in our trip

We had some issues with the door but the staff was always ready to help us

1. Great location in 50 meters from shops, restaurants, bus station, equally not far from the trails start. 2. Big quiet apartment (room no 102), 2 bedrooms, nice corridor with huge Turkey, Cappadocia plan. Kitchen, bathroom downstairs. 3. Nice shower with strong water power, washing machine, fridge, gas is helpful. WiFi is excellent 4. Great breakfast. A few cheeses, omelette, eggs, bread with eggs, local pastry, olives, cakes, jam, coffee, tea, pretty good juice, fruits, vegetables. Everything is fresh and nice. Lack of meat dishes but it was fine for us. In general great value for money, can recommend this place

Cons (in priority order but in general pretty minor): 1. Kitchen equipment is very basic, 1 knife, 1 pan, 1 big saucepan, spoons, forks. No matches for gas, no small spoons, cups are only small. Only salt, no sugar, oil, tea as it often happens in such kind of properties. 2. Too little space on the kitchen, you can not open fridge or pass through if somebody sits down on chairs 3. Apartment is pretty tired: broken handles on furniture, electric sockets moved a bit from walls, etc. Not a big deal for us 4. Not enough lamps (light) but it's pretty standard for all properties which I visited in this budget range.

The location is very good - just a few meters from the center where all the restairants, coffee shops, ATMs/currency exchange, Hamman (Turkish Bath), souvenir shops. etc. Majid and staff were all kind and helpful. I love how Majid would speak of the attractions with passion and pride! Despite a stone's throw away from the center, surprisingly, the apartment is in a quiet area. Our room/apartment is right beside the street and we did not hear vehicles passing by; we slept well.

A bit more lights can brighten up the apartment, but not a big deal for us.

We rested in this hotel from 09.09.24 to 11.09.24. It is very conveniently located in the city center. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around, but the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly. Clean, cozy, delicious and hearty breakfast. There is a nice terrace from which you can watch the flight of balloons. The administrator of Ugur, who settled us, is very friendly, sensitive and attentive to the guests, you can contact him for any questions and he will always try to help.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Its central location made it super convenient, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help, especially since I was traveling solo. They provided great recommendations for places to visit and tours to take, which made my trip even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-located stay!
