The hotel is in a great location only 2min await from restaurants and shops and 5 min from the bus station. Breakfast offered a good selection of Turkish cheese, eggs, coffee, fruit and of course Turkish tea :) Oskan and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I love the staff and very personalised service in Alaca. The service provided is way beyond the worth we paid for. We were assisted from booking our airpot transfers, taxis, to booking tours and activities, all staff in Alaca went over and beyond call of duty to make sure we have a comfortable stay. I will be recommending you to my friends/colleagues. The location is very central- few mins walk to center of Goreme, where bus station, shops, ATMs are located; you can also walk to Sunset hill to view the morning hot air balloon or beautiful sunset scenery. Breakfast Buffet is also good for the price we paid, the balcony in dining area affords a good view for balloon-watching.

Everything! The ambience, superb breakfast, staff, and central location to everything. Great value for money. Only took me 250-m walk up to the Goreme panoramic viewpoint for thr sunrise viewing of hot air balloon. But you could already see the balloons over your head once you step outside of the bedroom. Big thanks to the kindness and recommendations of the staff!

Nothing at all. Though I did not feel inconvenience at all, maybe adding an aircon would make the whole stay more pleasurable especially during hot summer days. I also hope next time I could stay in the cave suite as shown in the photos.

I was able to stay at the cave hotel I had always wanted to stay at. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the center of Goreme and 8 minutes from the hill where you can see the hot air balloons. The room is equipped with the minimum necessary facilities and the interior is stylish. The hotel is perfect for me. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. I asked the owner to book the tour for me, and I was very satisfied to be able to experience all the RED/GREEN/SUNSET horse riding! Although it wasn't listed in the guide, there were two cute puppies who were very friendly and everyone's idols. I was able to relax very much. The owner was also very kind and attentive. I would definitely like to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia.

I felt like l'm living in one of a cave rooms I've seen in Göreme open air museum or underground cities of Cappadocia! The backlight spots make the room magical <3 Good breakfast with a variety of cheese and fruits Perfect location, close to bus station, slight incline on the way, easy to overcome even with luggage Nice view of the surrounding area from the terrace. View to balloons taking-off zone is slightly blocked by neighboring buildings. Anyway, I enjoyed watching the flying balloons Staff is helpful every time. Especially thanks to invite us for breakfast of check-in day :) The room is chilly, although it's hot outside (no AC in the room)

Ceiling is quite low (ofc like in a cave) so a tall person could not be really comfortable. Shower facilities need renovation

Quaint little hotel right in the center of Goreme. Rooftop isn’t fancy but the view is amazing and it’s quiet/not crowded. My room was beautiful and comfortable (if you’re tall, watch your head in some doorways in room and on way to rooftop). Breakfast was decent most days. Staff was very helpful booking tours and answering questions about restaurants/atm locations/bus tickets, anything I needed. Communication for pick up times was excellent. They were all very kind and friendly. Red tour tip: don’t buy ceramics at the location on the tour, you can buy in town, also handmade, for 5x less.

The location is near the bus stop and quite for sure. Restaurants are everywhere in just a few minutes walk. Room 110 is great and big to accommodate 4 people. Breakfast was nice and delicious, staff always there to take care of your needs. The heated room is great and you won't feel super cold at night or super hot, just nice temperature inside. Staff was super kind and their hospitality is superb. On their tour, we don't have a chance to join, but the price they quote is just okay too.

The room is great but the cave theme, i think it can be spotless due to every time there is dust and small rocks falling from the ceiling. The staff really took care of the room, but the nature of the room, you can't get like a normal room spotless.

Özkan and Razim were the wonderful hosts that took care of me at this gorgeous little hotel in glorious Göreme. I arrived early so Özkan graciously allowed early check in. He made sure I knew what options were available to me and when with regards to tours in the area, which was great as I hadn't exactky planned anything. He assisted in booking the tours for me, and was always available for assistance if I had any queries. Razim was on the night shift, and though we only really communicated via translation apps, I have to say, he was possessed of a charming personality; the both of them gentlemen - you are guaranteed an excellent stay, in a beautiful room to boot!

Honestly, the shower was a little on the lukewarm side for me, but then I really like the heat, so I'm guessing most others wouldn't quibble at the temperature. The water pressure was powerful though and that's a very important measure... Cannot think of anything else at all, and the above commentary was stretching it! Thank-you Özkan & Razim!

Very quiet and spacious room. Locates very center of Göreme town. Staff are very kind and helpful, arranged Airport Van for both way, Balloon tour. Breakfast was good enough with cooked egg with your order. Bathroom has overhead shower, and hot water came with in a few seconds. It is just 2 stories building so no elevator, but no worry staff helps to carry your luggage to your room . You can puck one of trekking courses to see Flint stones. I didn’t meet other traveler, it was assumed I was there in Off season though. I highly recommend this hotel, it is value for money.

1 missing thing is Ref, but it would be acceptable for the price.

We had a great stay here for 3 nights! Great location, super central to Göreme. The breakfast buffet was good with large selection of food, served on a terrace with a great view. Beds were comfortable and the room is good area. We'd stay again here if we were coming back. The personnel was very attentive, special thanks to Özkan for your kind gesture and amability!

The room is a bit dark, but since is in a cave we can’t expect too much.
