We stayed for 2 nights in the King Cave Suite, which was an absolutely incredible experience! The room is huge, the bed is extremely comfortable, the cave design is amazing, we had air conditioning, we had a view of the fairy chimneys from our room, and we had a private terrace. The crown jewel of the room is the large, jetted tub in the bathroom that has a spectacular view of the balloons flying over the valley during sunrise. It was truly magical to be able to watch the balloons from the comfort of a bubble bath with a perfect view. The balloons were flying right over the room so close that I could hear when the pilot ignited the flame of the balloon from the bath tub. The staff also appointed the room with a complimentary bottle of wine, a bowl of fruit, coffee/tea, toiletries, and had slippers/robes to use during the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful in so many ways, including setting up an airport transfer and answering our many cappadocia questions. They also provided an incredibly rich, plentiful, and flavorful breakfast. There was plenty of nice places to sit on the terrace for balloon viewing, eating breakfast, or just taking in the view of the many fairy chimneys encapsulating the property. We loved that the king cave suite allowed us to have our own private terrace for relaxing after a day of activities in Göreme. I can highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again if ever back in cappadocia! Book the king cave sweet for a once in a lifetime, romantic, and luxurious Cappadocia balloon viewing experience!

Staff was very helpful and the room (king suite) was unbelievable. Well worth splurging on the suite as many of the "cave" hotel rooms in Goreme lack any sort of private view or balcony. This one did not disappoint. While it may not be the best view like at the top of the cliffs. It was quiet and easy to access from the center of town. It was easy to return back to our room without hiking a mountain as some of the hotels are way up the hillside. For us it was a perfect location. The staff helped us with everything from excursions to recommendations to shuttles the airport.

Everything was wonderful. We were so impressed by the staffs' hospitality. They really did their best to make our stay perfect. Specially mentioned Mustafa, he was really friendly, kind and helpful. Here, they had many tour services that you can booked with. We booked a balloon flight in good price and a very nice day tour. Very convenient. The location was very near to the Goreme city center and required only short walk to bus station. The room was spacious and everything inside was comfortable and in cave style. Breakfast was nice and the cook was lovely.

Great location and unique experience of cave hotel, lovely hotel staff always ready to help for anything including booking taxis to and from airport, or giving suggestions about things to do in town or getting last minute reservation for highly demanded activities. Tasty Turkish breakfast buffet with many options for vegetarians. Overall very satisfying experience over 3 days stay.

Everything as good as it can be.

Our cave room at Erenbey was even more beautiful than the photos on Booking.com. It was also very comfortable. I wasn't sure what to expect from a cave room and wondered if it would be cold and damp. Thankfully, the room was dry and warm, as our first two days in Göreme were cold and rainy. The staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants, booking a balloon flight and horse riding for us, and letting us know where we could park our car for free. Breakfast was also very good; the scrambled eggs were some of the best I have ever tasted at a breakfast buffet.

Everything was wonderful!

Excellent location moments from the bustle of the village, has a lovely rooftop terrace though it was too cold to use it when we were there we did go up to see the views. The room was a good size but the shower room was even bigger (relatively) so was super comfortable to use. Staff are the owners so they we were welcoming and helpful.

Though staying in a cave room is part of the experience, remember that by definition nature light is at a minimum so it's only from the door/windows around the door. I'd recommend staff explain how to use the heating, we only noticed the thermostat the next day and by then we had felt cold the night before.

I liked that the owners were very accommodating and were able to suggest the activities we could do and book some for us without taking extra money for themselves which I have seen hotels do. They just made the arrangements with different tour groups they knew of and the process was very smooth. Also it is the first hotel I have been to where we were given a gift at the end of our stay. I thought that was a very cute touch.

I wish that the quality of shampoo and conditioner provided could be better. Maybe that's the kind you get in that area.

Excellent rooms... scrumptious breakfast spread & excellent hospitality. Very happy with our stay and I would highly recommend it. The owner is very kind. It's a family run hotel & they instantly make you feel welcome. He gave us some very good suggestions for exploring Goreme and also gave a little parting goody bag full of turkish delights. I would love to visit again!! Thank you for making our stay feel so amazing!

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that we only stayed 2 nights. I wish we could stay longer.

The hotel is lovely top to bottom. My.room was oversized, including a huge bathroom( with great water pressure. The view was very good and I had a very nice balcony outside my window. Breakfast was good and changed a little each day. The location is great for restaurants. All staff was great, especially Mustafa, who was always helpful to me..

Being a little older, was not aware how many steps were involved in getting to my room(that was because of the city view) There are rooms without all the steps. This is obviously not a reflection on hotel, but the street leading to hotel remained solid mud 4 days after a rain.

The staff member mustafa was very helpful, upon booking we received messages to organise a shuttle transfer to hotel from airport, mustafa also helped organise the got air Ballon at a fab honest price cheaper than anyone else quoted, with collection and drop off, rooms were clean, view is amazing in to see all the hot air Ballons in the morning, breakfast was nice.
