We really liked the Adelya Hotel! They helped us set up some tours and gave us good advice about hiking we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The room was charming and had really great Cappadocia atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Our room was very spacious.

We would have appreciated a couple of luggage racks so that we didn't have to put our suitcases on the floor. The installed-in-the-wall hair dryer is as always just awful, but they had an outlet in the bathroom that I could use with my own hair dryer.

Warm welcoming by all the staff without any exception. The funniest and most welcoming was our "PREFERRED" host Deniz of course. The moment you meet him, you feel immediately that you are between family, like if you are at home. Tasteful and varied breakfast every morning to start your day in the best way, serviced by our marvelous hosts Lisa and Deniz. Excellent location in the active center of Goreme. You can watch the balloons straight above your head and even from your window. Great panoramic view from the terrace and dining area. I greatly recommend this hotel without any single hesitation. I will be more than happy to return back one day. Thank you Deniz, Lisa, Duran and all the team. You made our stay exceptional!

The Room was very good, with everything you need In a perfect location. Breakfast is really good and all the Staff and the owner are very humble and they all work hard to provide a good experience to their guests. The owner arranged us a restaurant and the balloon flight with Air Kapadokia - Once In a lifetime experience, the company and the pilot, Osman, were very professional. We can totally recomend to book your stay, balloon flights and tours with Adelya Cave Hotel. Me and my Wife had dinner at Topdeck Cave Restaurant (Great sugestion of the Adelya Cave Hotel owner, and Wooden Spoon, they are basically side by side and the two best restaurants In Goreme. Try them and enjoy the Turkish delicacies they can create.

Gee, where do I start ? 5 minutes walk from the bus station and into a 9 room / 3 level, very quiet and clean property. The owners and staff were brilliant - Furkan with his knowledge of tours, Lisa with her friendly conversation and Deniz. Deniz is a star, a genuinely warm and lovely fellow. Breakfast was massive - served to your table with a good spread of traditional Turkish and 'western' offerings. My daughter is vegan and Lisa spoiled her with choice. Our rooms were large, authentic cave rooms and very clean and comfortable.

I do not often write reviews unless there is something worthy. I will say I have never been treated so well in all my travels. The staff goes way beyond trying to make your stay the best ever. Friendly and extremely attentive. The breakfasts are amazing. So much great local food. The location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again. In fact our only retreat was we only stayed for two nights. You simply have to book this place. Very highly recommended. Excellent value.

Everything. The room in the cave was unique. Very nice. Staff was amazing. As an example we were sitting out on the terrace having a glass of wine in the evening and they brought over a cheese plate for us. No extra charge. This is how other hotels should model themselves. The staff were so helpful in telling us places to go and things to see. Highly recommend the walk up early in the morning to see over 130 balloons take off and then the sun rise. All this for only 10 Turkish lira.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in the heart Göreme! The room was warm, clean, and comfortable. The towels were replaced every day. Convenient parking. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. Warm, hospitable, and kind people on the staff are giving their best. The breakfast area will stay with us forever. Also, the breakfast is one of the best we've ever had. Every day was a little different, a surprise every day. Deniz, Furkan, and Lisa, thank you very much for the wonderful experience. The hotel was so accommodating and since it's so small and intimate the staff was able to give us updates about the tours we had booked through them, speak with each other and make quick decisions to help us like letting us check out late since there was no one else scheduled to stay in our room, and provide an amazing breakfast and free tea/coffee/water which was available 24/7. It felt like we were staying in a hotel that was out of our price range, but it was perfectly in our price range!

While everything in the hotel (such as the cleaning service, location, and room environment) is good, the breakfast provided by the hotel is superb. We were more than willing to wake up in the morning just to have their delicious breakfast every day!

This is not an issue for my stay since I am going there in March. However, it is worth mentioning that there is no air conditioning in my room. I am not sure how it will be during the summer.

Real cave hotel, big spacious family room with 1 Queen and 2 single beds & 5 lounge chairs, fridge, kettle and large bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff at Adelya Cave Hotel organised our balooning, green and whirlwind Dervish tours & airport transfers. Great maps and information provided on walks, home cooked traditional restaurant ( Top Deck) for dinner. Delicious huge breakfast provided which varied daily. Room 7 warm and inviting, lovely sundeck and 5 kilos laundry done for just 250 T lira! Highly recommended. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute.

Nothing, ALL good at hotel. Only the changeable weather in April '23 made balooning a challenge and Furkan, hotel reception even managed to get us on a balooning trip ( only 1 day safe to fly over a 10 day period)

The hotel room is generously sized, and I reserved both the superior and deluxe double rooms. While the superior room boasts a large bathtub, the deluxe room does not. The hotel's location is perfectly situated in the town center, and there is a small store just a two-minute walk away where you can purchase daily necessities. The breakfast is outstanding, with everything freshly made, including a delicious pan-fried dish of eggs, tomatoes, and cheese that I couldn't identify by name but thoroughly enjoyed.

The room's WiFi connection could use improvement as there is no signal when the door is closed. While I generally prefer that cats not enter my room without permission, I noticed that this particular cat appeared cold outside and quickly scurried in when I opened the door.
