Excellent service and comfortable rooms. The view was good, but there were hotels with better views around us.

The room we stayed at wasn’t really a Cave room and the hotel also didn’t seem like a genuine cave hotel, though the manager said that the lower portion was originally a cave house.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I had a car to drive myself around every day and for me the location was perfectly central to have easy day trips everywhere I needed and wanted to go. The receptionist that was there most of the time was extremely nice, very informative and helpful, found me a bargain price balloon flight too. Pretty great self serve breakfast spread, with eggs being done to order (amazing omelettes). The whole property has loads of character and charm. Room was good size, comfortable bed, large bathroom.

The only issue with the room I had was a privacy factor, because the windows only had very tiny curtains that didn't cover them fully and were bit see through at night with electric light on. I had to improvise a little and hang some of my clothing items over them to feel less exposed. Also, if you were to drive yourself there, GPS gets slightly confused by alleys and tries to drag the car into them. There is only one road that circles that section of town, it's a one way and if you follow it it leads directly in front of the property where few parking spaces are as well.

The hotel was very cute, comfortable, and clean. The staff were wonderful! They were very friendly, and accommodating to our group. They helped us organize excursions as well as accommodating balloon viewing for our young children at a near by place. They also prepared a delicious breakfast even when we had a very early departure. The hotel is at the top of the hill which we liked because it was away from all the hustle and bialy of the center area.

The hotel was really wonderful and there is t really anything to complain about it doesn’t have a great view of the town/balloons, just because it’s somewhat blocked but the staff were so great at finding us a great place to watching things from. Also we got a little lost finding the place when walking the first time because goggle maps took us on a “detour” haha.

The staff were phenomenal and instrumental to making this one of the most amazing experiences of my life. They were there to help at all times, and they were genuinely courteous and kind throughout, acting as a top notch concierge for.... everything, including getting a last minute rebooking in and helping to negotiate the rate. The staff truly made this place what it was. The breakfast is great as well. It starts a little later, but the selection is good - especially for the money - and there are nice views to be enjoyed while eating.

Look, if you're looking for 5 star fancy accomodations, this isn't your place. Actually, Goreme may not be your place. Really for the money my only complaint would be that parking can theoretically be limited, but that's also true of every other place here as far as I know...I was always able to find a spot to jam my car.

We had a great stay at Mosaic cave hotel. It's a bit of a steep walk up a hill, however the views are breathtaking. The service we received from both Ismail and Cihan was incredible. They were so helpful. They made my daughters birthday that much special by arranging a wonderful cake. Any time of the day we went to them, they were ready to help, with always a smile. The 2 bedroom suite we booked was spacious, clean and quite quirky. Loved everything about this hotel, location, room and friendly service. Would highly recommend to everyone.

The staff was amazing and very very helpful. They gave us honest recommendations that helped us save money and helped us pick good activities for us as per our interests. We are vegetarians so they did take special care to ensure the breakfast had options for us.

It’s a bit of an uphill walk from the main market road so walking up with strollers was a pain and cabs weren’t always easily available.

We stayed at a cave room (Superlux). Quite often there is a smell of dampness in such rooms, but this was not the case. The room was really spacious and comfy. It`s located on the lower floor. Staying in a cave room is the experience that is worth it once in a lifetime.

I probably wouldn't stay in a cave room again cause there are such general cons as dust falling from the ceiling and nasal congestion. But the room itself was nice and comfy and the personnel did their job well by cleaning the room and refilling the essentials.

The staff very friendly approach with a big smile ready to help and excellent service is the best I ever had that not to be missed. I like to mention the goodness of Mustafa, Ismail, Jalil, Amir and Keyvan for their kindness, friendly and help with special mention to Mustafa for allowing us to check-in early and offered breakfast and booking our tours. The location brings you closer to the fairy chimneys plus the amazing views that surround us. The property cave hotel is very unique, very clean, safe and well maintained. My first time to stay in a cave. The continental breakfast served with the friendly cook makes your day. If given the chance, I will come back to Mosaic Cave Hotel. This hotel is highly recommended.

A bit elevated and you will be catching your breathe in walking up to the hotel. No problem in descending but this is only a minor issue. What is important is the view and the excellent service by the staff.

I had an incredible stay at this accommodation in Cappadocia! The room was a unique and luxurious cave, equipped with everything I needed. The services were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond, even assisting us through messages to ensure a memorable experience. They helped us book various services and activities, making our stay truly unforgettable. Finally, the hotel was 4 minutes walking from the city center.
