the property was a cute family run cave hotel which gave it its lovely charm. it was a great location to see the balloons at sunrise from the hotel terrace

the water in the bathroom wasn’t hot so I couldn’t take a shower or bath in the beautiful bathroom they had in my room, so it was pointless Also, in the morning the terrace wasn’t set up with the rugs and cushions as they had shown in their website pictures so we were unable to take the pretty morning balloon and sunset photos as one does when in Cappadocia! The hotel has said it was because it was raining at night so they had packed everything away. But all the other rooftop hotels had set up that morning for their guests apart from ours

My friend and I had a great stay at Koza Cave Hotel. The staff was amazing, especially the male staff that was working part time at the breakfast area. Their terrace is definitely the highest amongst the rest of the surrounding hotels. The room was comfortable and as advertised.

The shower had an open concept without any doors that you can closed to keep the water inside. Inevitably, the rest of the bathroom got soaked after anyone uses the showers.

The grounds and the rooftop are breathtaking. The staff was so kind and made us feel right at home. We organized all of our activities before arriving through their concierge travel service called Koza Experiences, and that made the entire trip so seamless. All of their travel partners were the highest quality, including and especially Turquaz Balloons, who led our hot air balloon ride. We also did the sunrise photoshoot with Amy and she was such a delight. Getting to spend time with her truly enriched our trip. We stayed in the Queen room, which includes the most gorgeous and expansive private balcony with a marble tub. We used the balcony space to have a catered Turkish breakfast, where we watched the hot air balloons, and we couldn’t have been happier with that experience. Usgar was so attentive, and worked proactively to make our entire vacation perfect, from beginning to end. We couldn’t have been happier and would love the chance to come back again.

Koza Cave Hotel is excellent. In a great location and less busy and crowded than their neighbouring counterparts. The morning view of the balloons is amazing, you are able to get a great view from the rooftop terrace. The place was managed by a kind and friendly family. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and options. The room was very comfortable and cosy, it was a proper Cappdocia cave home experience, perfect for honeymooners.

The room can get a bit warm due to location of the hot water system (even in winter), but it wasn't a problem with air conditioning and natural ventilation.

We can only write a few words for KOZA CAVE Hotel but Ozgur is the best host I have ever encountered. He was very kind and polite and made us feel very special for our wedding anniversary. He helped us plan a few things in Cappadocia such as ATV rides and airport transfers. He made our stay so relaxing that I felt like staying for a few more days :) The Hotel room that we booked had a jacuzzi and a living room with ample space to relax and unwind from daily life, breakfast was arranged after our balloon ride, and the next day when we had our flight early morning, he made sure that we have our sandwiches to go for the trip. I mean my mom used to do this but never a host.

The room and ensuite bathroom were fantastic.

It was winter and the outside temperature 3C. There was not really anywhere to use as a lounge to sit in with our friends. There is plenty of outside seating areas but it was too cold to utilise them. THe management did not leave the lights on in the breakfast room which discouraged guests from going in it unless it was breakfast time. The heating in the rooms was set too high and there was no way to adjust the temperature downwards.

The rooftop! The breakfast place! The natural cave room! You can see the effort and details in making the place comfortable and welcoming especially in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was great! Fresh and yummy! Staff were friendly and helpful! WiFi is great. Although we need to walk up the hill a little bit everyday, but I’ll still go for it!

When you picked this place, you will need to bear with the small room where we can’t even open up 2 medium size luggage fully. It’s fine with us but just in case you are someone who’s picky on these details, you probably want to consider somewhere else. Tall people, you want to be extra careful of your head.

The room is very special and beautiful. Beautiful rooftop which has the best view of Cappadocia. We came here for pre wedding photo shooting. Unfortunately, there was no hot air balloon on the day we stayed. Staffs are nice. They arranged us to come again for the photo shooting on the next day which hot air balloon appeared. They also helped with the parking.

Google map didn’t work to navigate. It brought us to a wrong place. If you need to navigate to this hotel, you need to search another hotel which is at the bottom of the hill first.

The hotel was very well kept and super clean! The WiFi and other facilities were great! The view from the terrace was incredible and the rooms were super nice! The breakfast was a nice spread. The location was in an easy walking distance from most things (the furthest being the Göreme open air museum) The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and helped a lot with our trip! Such as giving recommendations and helping us get rides to places! 20/10 experience and would most definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely nothing.

The location is great and the view from this property is incredible. Sunrise and sunset views from the rooftop deck which is one of the only places on Göreme to get this. The hotel is only 10 rooms so the service is very personalised. The service and extras that was provided is what made us really love.our stay. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and we surprised with a cake, some special treatments on the room and a special birthday greeting by everyone. It was really special! We would recommend that any of our friends or family stay here as it was simply magical!
