I really love the location as it was close to amenities and moving around was convenient. Getting food was super easy. Also the staff were very friendly and always accomodating. The hotel was clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable.

We got a room on the lowest floor facing the street with a doner and tea shop in front so it can be a little noisy with people chatting and delivery trucks making their rounds in the early morning. Also we often get whiffs of cigarettes and grilling of kebabs , though I guess smokers wouldn’t mind. Unfortunately I am a non smoker. A small problem that needs mentioning, though it didn’t bother me much, was the shower floor doesn’t drain out the water well. Also the wooden stairs bannister was wobbly which could be dangerous for an elderly guest who needs to hang on to it when ascending the split level room.

We have travelled in many hotels arround Europe, but this one was the best so far!! First let me begin with the staff: they were awesome, helped us with indications, recomandations and so on. Every member of the hotel was very polite and kind to us. I want to include here the cleaning lady, she was so kind and hard working. The room: was spacious enough for 2 people and very very very clean! I felt like home or even better! Every day we had fresh bottle of water, shower gel, shampoo and so on. Location: was near Galata bridge, in the heart of the city! Thumbs up for this place, it was 10/10!!

Ran out of the word limit writing my first review for this exceptional hotel! My wife and I booked three rooms at this hotel: one for us, and two for our mothers and sisters who were visiting Istanbul for the first time. We were very concerned about their stay (as the elderly are less flexible and our sisters are way pickier than us lol) and it took us days of thorough research before we made a pick. We didn't want a hotel with a fancy pool or anything, just a quiet, clean place to rest our heads at night and head out in the morning. Ada Karakoy is an excellent hotel! Situated in a flat area where you don't have to face steep inclines. The ferry port, bus stations, tram, funicular to Isteklal/Pera are all a 2 min walk. There's a money exchange right there and all sorts of eateries, sweets, pubs, bars, are a short walk. The hotel itself is peaceful and you'll have no trouble sleeping. Their beds are also super comfy. I can't stress enough how great the location is. There's free coffee with an awesome view on the 6th floor. The staff are all sweethearts! The Hotel Manager Mr. Onur is super helpful and very hands-on, so is everyone else at the front desk. They are very well coordinated, and anything you need is provided immediately. They upgraded the room for my mother and sister for free, and you can book tours from the front desk. The cleaning staff is very friendly and thorough. Your belongings are safe in your room. All in all, we never have to look for any other hotel again for any future visit to Istanbul. Like I mentioned, we were traveling with our families and had to be extra particular about things and Ada Karakoy was everything we could have hoped for, providing great value for money. It is very difficult picking a hotel in another country when all you have are online reviews to go by, but trust me when I say that you need to look no further than this place.

Its not a luxury hotel but the value is great / its clean, quite and excellent location.

Super friendly and actually helpful staff. Onur upgraded our room for free when we asked to change it and lent us his Istanbul Kart to get around using public transportation. Location is by the Karaköy ferry pier and tram station. It is also relatively close to Sultanahmet, which has many historical sites inclusive Hagia Sophia. A lot of restaurants are nearby as well, so food is easy to find. Highly recommended!

Rooms are on the smaller side, and the top-floor restaurant no longer operates. Nearby restaurants attempt to gouge tourists, so beware and always bargain.

The Hotel is very centrally located in Karaköy - a perfect place for dining, enjoying city life and combining touristic activities as the transportation is very easy and confortable to the main places. Especially big thanks to Faruk and Kemal and all other personal, who made the stay very special. What makes this hotel besides it is location special - it is the cleanlineness, comfort and its service. It is far more than the average. Each single question has been answered on point- thanks for the advices where to eat, how to reach a place etc… the availability of the personal is amazing. I will for sure come again and recommend a stay here! It is worth…!

Towels could be thicker/fluffier. Nice roof area but unutilized with no option to order anything on site.

Location is very good, the staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and include all basics that you need.

I think for that price they could include breakfast (but I maybe wrong, it's my first trip to Istanbul, no compare experience).

Kind and helpfull staff, we didnt have noise problems, elevator ok, some nice views to the mosque nearby.

Conveniently located in the city center, this hotel is very nice and clean, with very friendly staff. It features a rooftop terrace, which provides great views of the major city’s attractions. In terms of location, it takes literally only 10 minutes on feet to get to the newly built Galata port with lots of shops and restaurants, Galata Tower and adjacent popular tourist street, Haliç subway station - which is beautifully located on the bridge across the Golden Horn - and it takes around 20 minutes to get to the main sights in the European part of the city.
