Location is in the middle of beyouglu and karakoi..close to tram way and piers. Several restaurants and coffee shops around Breakfast on the terrace has no price...beautiful views and nice food Personnel very attentive

A major municipal construction (park + parking subterranean) is in front of building ..no access by car...it will.take some.more years for finishing it...it means after 9 am start the construction noises but ends at 4-5 pm Needs more cleaning

- The sea view from the top terrace is awesome - The staff are very nice and helpful especially Erfan at the reception - The hotel is very close to the sea and the walk near the sea is fantastic - The room is very clean - They offered us free turkish coffee at the terrace

- The sea view from the room was nice but there is construction in front of the hotel that is somewhat spoiling the view - It gets noisy at night because the area is very busy

The hotel was close to main places of interest, it was clean and in good condition.

One of the rooms I rented had a clogged shower and we asked the staff every day to fix it and they claimed they did but it never got resolved therefore the shower was of not use. Also one night we asked the front desk to recommend a restaurant and he said he will reserve it and when I was ready to go to “the reservation” he said he didn’t make it due to lack of visibility and he never bothered to tell me.

The whole team is very attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make things happen. We traveled for my mother's 60th birthday and the hotel helped arrange beautiful flowers and a delicious cake in addition to an amazing brunch in their cozy and modern rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view. The rooms are spacious and modern. The beds are like clouds! The location could not be more central, right next to the river.

Unfortunately, there is currently a construction sight right next to the hotel. It partly blocks the view, especially for the first-floor river view rooms. Definitely not the hotel's fault, but would have been nice to know about it prior to arrival, especially since the view is currently not as expected.

Property was well located and right next to the water. We were very close to the old city but were also able to quickly walk to a very nice dinner in Galataport. Walking to the Kilic Ali Pasa hammam and Galata Tower was also a big plus for us. Definitely enjoy the rooftop restaurant, food and service were incredible!

There was construction near the hotel, which made it a little difficult to enter and leave the hotel by car. Construction also slightly obstructed our ocean view, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Beautiful, modern hotel with good location

There is construction from few sides . It’s important to mentioned this as specially for drop off - cars can’t access hotel entrance , needed to walk with my huge luggage (Suprise), for check out hotel stuff was really nice and helped me . Housekeeping - here I would suggest to train them better . Firstly - my bedsheet was with wholes, they forgot to put new shampoo , etc . And funniest - on my last day - they remove all the towels and didn’t put new ones …

We picked the hotel originally for the location and the views. Those turned out to be just perfect. Yet we got so much more during our four-nights' stay. All the people who work here are highly professional hospitality employees, always polite, accommodating and friendly. Mrs. Ebru, the manager, has been very attentive and helpful, proactive at making our stay an enjoyable and carefree experience. The room was spacious (we had an executive suite with a sea view, and that a really stunning view, I should tell you), the bathroom was really roomy, the bath tub was a nice extra, quite a rarity for even five-star hotels these days. The bathroom amenities are of refined quality. The cleanliness is immaculate, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and the towels are changed every day, the bed linen is changed every second day. There is a quality water bottle from the hotel every day, it is very thoughtful of the hotel management. We also got a fruit plate compliment on arrival, it was very nice and tasty. The breakfasts were divine, in our opinions. There would be a plate of delis (a selection of cheeses and sausages, butter, dried fruits, honey, etc.), a nice bread basket and some hot starters, one can choose between different kinds of omelettes, some traditional hot breakfast option (very tasty!), there are also crepes / pancakes and definitely other options, you should ask the waiters for what there is on offer. We would have quite lengthy breakfasts every day, sipping fresh orange juice and coffee while enjoying the views from the roof top restaurant and anticipating the next morning to start it in the same way. The hotel has a parking lot right in front, it's free for the guests and it's a great advantage for those who came by car, as we did. We had a wonderful time there and I am happy to be sharing this experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a really enjoyable experience.

Great stay!!!! The entire staff were courteous and welcoming! We were warmly received right from the cab, our luggage taken in, welcome drinks and sweets, check in was swift and room service was pretty fast. Art Decor Luxurious hotel with alluring diffusers all around the lobby + lifts + stairs + common areas + guestrooms. The hotel is centrally located with great attractions and entertainment. Hotel is accessible by multi-modal transport- metro, cab, walks, etc. with the Galata view and lots of restaurants, cafes and sweet shops surrounded the hotel; best find was MADO.... I was glad to find multiple ATMs right next to the building. Lots of armed policemen (I could not figure out which Govt building was next door). Breakfast was served on the terrace with breath-taking seaview. Breakfast was always a generous, sumptuous spread. The toiletries were lavish, coffee maker, complimentary water bottles, room was spacious, comfortable beds + pillows. Mini bar was well stocked, mini bites and NETFLIX channels all in tow. You do not need a holiday planner, the hotel does it all; from booking cabs/restaurant reservations/spa appointments/tours/airport transfers etc. Well worth it, will definitely be back!!!

Nothing to dislike; It is a popular spot hence the traffic and busy street buzz!

The staffs a super friendly and helpful....Savas was so welcoming and constantly checking if we were comfortable. The rooms on deluxe category is all facing the construction side but it was quiet and no issue at night....do book the bhosporus dinner cruise with tjrm its really worth it. Alsonthe tooftop breakfast is excelent view is magnificient of the bhospurous. Overall a very good location and lovely stay
