The hotel was excellent in regards to cleanliness, very kind and helpful staff and the location was just 2 mins to the well known istiklal street, literally that close. The breakfast was very good with cold and warm varieties and with a variety of bread. Everything is within walking distance in addition to bars, a pharmacy, a small store and restaurants just literally under the hotel. Reception staff Oguz, Volcan, Serder were all great and helpful and Sema and the fine gentlemen in the breakfast hall truely went further with their kindness with us. I highly recommend this hotel.

There is truely no downside to this hotel.

It was a great choice. The staff is helpful. They always know what you might need. The location is fantastic: 2 minutes from Istiklal avenue. Yes, it's a bit noisy but the entire tourist area in Istanbul is noisy, so, don't expect a Viennese quiet here. The room - very good, water, beds - all good and clean. The Internet - very good. The breakfast is located in the other building, 50 metres away from the hotel suites. Also very diverse. Though the staff doesn't really understand much English in the restaurant, there's no need for it anyway. They'll bring you coffee or tea. I'd recommend tea over coffee there. You can drink much better coffee in other places. Big thanks to Ogün, Oguz and the other staff members for help. Overall, a very valuable choice.

We were so happy with the services, and the staff was welcoming, helpful, and caring. The hotel is very nice, comfortable, and clean. Food delicious and perfect service in the restaurant. Perfect location: 10 mn to Metro station and 2 mn to istiklal street. Special thanks to all the staff, especially to Sema and Oguz.

Its location very close to Istkilal Street where all the shopping and restaurants and close proximity to public transportation but yet in a tight alley that is quiet and has lots of nice bars. The hotel has excellent amenities and the room super spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also generous and diverse.

Taxi is hard to get into the tight streets but reception helped us with that.

Hi I would like to say big thank you to the hotel manager mr yasin and mr sadat, all staff in Akka Hotel for take a good care of me for 10days stay.. whatever I need help with the directions they willing to help me ... The hotel is very near to the metro station and by walking distance you can go to Gala Tower .. is very awesome place to chill out and have some coffee there.. once again thank you very much 😊 I will definitely recommend this hotel to all.. is near all the small pubs and cafe ..I will return to say at this hotel again ...

There was no information about deposit (100 euro or 100 dollars) on booking or in reviews. Not a big deal but a little bit uncomfortable

I really enjoyed staying in Akka suites. This was my second time in this hotel. Hotel's location is wonderful. It is close to Taksim, almost at Istiklal street. Hotel has two buildings in the same street. They are distanced twenty metres. This time I was in C object and it was really quiet. Our twin room was spacious, with big closet. Everything is sparkly clean - room, toilet, sheets, towels. You have all toiletries in hotel including hair dryer, even scales. Their soaps are with herbs and they smells really nice. Breakfast is really nice. You have different kinds of eggs, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, teas, waffles, cereals, salads, olive and bread. Everything was really delicious. All employees were very kind and polite. Akka suites made my Istanbul vacation totally nice this year and I recommend them with all my heart 🍀😊

Location ,service and food was very good .

Breakfast could have been little customised like asking for normal egg . While they cook egg with mushrooms i asked a regular egg as im alregic to mushrooms they said i have to pay extra . So this is very basic things could have done .

The location is in the heart of the istiklal st, which is live and busy. so if you like this kind of style, chose this district for a hotel. About this hotel, the hotel is very well , rooms are big, breakfast was GREAT. the staff Kayra, Ali, Kadir, Sener and all the others were friendly. The hotel did surprise my wife for her birthday, which is so sweet. they prepare cake and wine and leave a note in our room. If you looking for a comfortable place, I recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed twice in this hotel and so far it’s one of the best hotels I stayed in near Taqseem Square. The facility is clean, the staff are helpful, breakfast is good, room is spacious and the location is perfect. Special thanks to Faruk for his good connection skills and approachability. _Huda
