The staff was more than friendly, helpful and nice. They even found a birthday cake for one of our group on their own initiative. The rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and cosy. Breakfast is an immersion in Turkish culture and of great quality, but the staff does everything possible to accomodate extra requests. Overall a great experience and highly recommended

Small, quite and comfortable hotel close to Istiklal and Taksim with lots of shops and cafes in the neighbourhood. It occupies 5 floors and has the lift. The hotel provides freash and clean rooms which have the most of the necessary amenities: electic kettle and tea table, frige and hair dryer, various bathroom supplies and slippers etc. - everything is new and nice. The temperature in rooms is comfortable and can be adjusted either by air-conditioner during hot season or by radiator valve during cold one. The WiFi connection is stable and internet speed is high. The bed is very comfortable, the towels and linen are soft and fresh, the rooms service is daily. It might be dark for some tourists in room due to no lamp on the ceiling but I prefer spot light so this was not a problem for me. Special thanks goes to hotel team - they are very welcoming and always ready to help making my stay very pleasant.

Safe box in rooms and breakfast would make this hotel the perfect place to stay.

- Great location, within a minute of istiklal and 5 minutes walk to taksim metro, but not so close to istiklal that you would be disturbed by the noise. - Clean modern and comfortable rooms, very true to the photos, with everything you would need for your stay. - Very friendly and helpful staff, went out of their way to help including putting us in a better room for part of our stay as we could not get into out booked room first night. - Incredible value for money given the location, quality of the rooms and level of service, although we did book a special offer, so others may have to pay more.

Location very good, near to Taksim Room heating, relevant to winter, for summer there are air-conditioner, but temperature is controlled from lobby. Small room, there isn't space for clothes There is no closet Who need space and comfort, take the family sute with bigger balcony. Preferable option Balcony very small 1mx1m (only for smoking) In the morning might be noise due to music from the cars

We stayed in the end of March and were very pleased with this place and our trip. What we especially liked in this accomodation is: 1 - location. It is truly wonderful, 1 minute walk from Taksim, in a very beautiful street. Big supermarket (Carrefour) is 3 minutes from here. Also nice cafes, spa and massage nearby, we even found a nice gym. 3 restaurants with Michelin recommendation close, and at least several restaurants with really great food and service also in a short walking distance. 2 - personnel. Very friendly and helpful, create relaxed atmosphere, but at the same time available any time of day and night to solve any issue or question that you might have - thank you everybody who work there. Special thanks go to Jam, nice job! 3 - comfort. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, a safe for a notebook, customized light, a balcony, good shower. 4 - beautiful lobby. Loved the design. 5 - breakfast. Was to our taste, since we love eggs, salads, simits, and lots of coffee, tee, ;)

The room is rather small, but everything is in place. The towel was surprisingly soft. I was touched about amazing friendly staff. All staff was very kind and helpful(when I check-in midnight). I want to praise one staff member by writing this review. He's name is Cem. He remembered that we would check out, leave our luggage, come back to our accommodation around 3 o'clock, and leave, and then he carried our heavy carrier to Taksim Square, saying he was on his way home from work. We were deeply moved by this kindness. Thanks to him, I felt the warmth of Turkiye. Thank you for making my last memory in Istanbul good.

Close by Taksim square, but the streets were a little scary and noisy 😨

Hotel location was great, just off the main Istiklar street. There was a little sweet shop just across the road from the hotel which was open most of the time into early hours of the morning, which was great to pick up drinks and snacks. Boutique hotel, only 20 rooms, clean and comfortable. The best thing about my stay here was the reception staff, Hayrullah, Selim and Yunus were all wonderful! They went above and beyond my expectations to make us feel at home! In just a few days they became our friends, it was quite sad to say goodbye. I met the owner too, who was the nicest, sweetest most humble person i have ever met, he also went out of his way to make us feel special and comfortable! If i went back to Istanbul i would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were small with no cupboards to hang your clothes. Also i would have preferred a bigger and more discreet bathroom, it was too small and open in the bedroom. There were no English channels on the TV, so didn't turn it on. You could hear music from the nightclub next door till early hours of the morning, which was a little annoying, and disturbs your sleep

The hotel is old the bedrooms are fine. We stayed in 103 which is on the first floor. Lovely bed comfortable and clean. Small bathroom and only problem the shower completely wet the bathroom floor so was wet all the time could easily be fixed. The 2 guys we met were great Kerem and Ferhat very friendly and efficient . The position of the hotel is excellent 3 mins to Taksim Square and Istikl street. Great !

Bathroom but not a major issue

It is a perfect hotel if you are staying in Istanbul for a city trip. A small-scale hotel that is very neat and the employees are nice and helpful. The breakfast was not much but nice to start the day. The location is perfect as you are walking 100 meters on Istiklal Caddesi.

It is a bit noisy because you can sometimes hear the neighbors and you also hear some noise from the street. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs, but you should not forget that you are in a metropolis like Istanbul.

LOCATION truly wonderful 1 minute walk from Taksim, in the heart of Istiklal street. very beautiful neighborhood Cihangir with nice cafes nearby. Also Very friendly, nice and helpful Staff, thank you everybody who works there -Selim & Hayrullah give all the tips and infos you ask. The room was clean. Loved coffee & tee, ;)

some noise from the nightclub. but it's OK, I would recommend earplugs, but you should not forget that it's normal you are in Istanbul
