Stayed for 5 nights , late check in ( 11 pm ), reception is welcoming. Everything was good. The location is perfect to get all your needs in minutes , surrounded buy different shops, cafes & close to Taksim, you have to walk 5 - 7 min or less to reach. "Check the map". You can ask before coming & will be arranged for you. the price is suitable for the service & level of the apartment. family friendly, Enjoyed my stay &. will choose it again it I come back.

If you are a coffee/ tea lover, you have to provide your own. Iron missing. "I did not ask so it might be there".

Nice place and very close to the main walking street. It has a nice balcony with the great views to the sea and strait and the city. In spite of central location it is a silent place. Bed was comfortable and it is on 7th floor (until 6th floor with a small elevator and 1 floor up the stairs). In November the sunshine was in the balcony in the morning and some hours in afternoon. It needs a bit of maintenance, but the room is quite ok and better curtains for room`s windows would be good to hide a morning sun (balcony`s curtains are ok). And n the balcony there is some elevator`s mechanics, so if someone use elevator, you hear it in balcony, but is is not a problem, as the elevator is not used often and not in night time and if balcony´s doors are closed, you do not hear that while sleeping (if someone should use elevator at night). .

Nothing remarkable. Just at night, like in islamic countries mostly, you hear a bit of muslim song in minaret, which is weird customs as it disturbs people sleeping

it was good, I liked it! I stayed here for 3 nights, it was clean and comfortable, there was a bedroom, a small living room with a TV, a kitchen and a bathroom. actually, the property was big, it's for 2 but 3 of people can sleep in the room because there was a sofa. the bathroom wasn't that big but it was good. AC was so strong, it was really so good. There was a police station near to taksim police station, so you can sleep peacefully :D (this is a joke everywhere is safe there)

I liked everything about the room. Room was clean and had all facilities. The room was cleaned almost every day. Staff was very nice and friendly. They helped us from the first day of traveling till the last. The most important advantage is of course the location of the hotel which is located very near to Istiklal street and metro Taksim which made our journey much easier. There are a lot of different cafes and restaurants where u can try different food. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. And I am planning to stay in this hotel in my next trip. One more THANKS TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE HOTEL))

Everything was perfect

The staff was excellent. Kind helpful attentive. The building was clean. The rooms clean. Easy electronic entry. extremely comfy bed, fridge folding table if I needed it . Great wifi. Clean bathroom .great size shower with hot water. This room. Had a super small sink but it worked great. Hotel is up an incline as most places in the area.. and it was one of the few hotels with a working elevator

The room I had was an inside room with no direct sunlight but still really nice.. And toilet buttons cover was missing.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, Elham helped us a lot and she was so kind.

They were doing some maintenance when we were there which was kind of annoying.

Excellent location, only 2 minutes away from the always very busy Istiklal street but the street in front of the hotel is very quiet. Exactly next to the hotel is the police station so no fear at all to walk around the hotel on the night time. I had the room with the balcony and the sea view and the view was amazing. Elham at the reception was incredibly helpful and very kind, she did her best to help me.

The staff was very supportive in every aspect. The location was very ideal, down the street was taxim street. They shared us the watsapp number where we were able to reach any time with prompt response. The room was also perfect and all the amenities were there as described, but could be little better if they could replace sofa bed (which was little bit noisy) with a single bed. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

High ceilings, elevator, location. Well equipped kitchen. Helpful staff. Excellent room service. Pleasant layout and decor. Very central to all amenities. Generous supply of towels etc... Spacious.

Over heated. Rads not easy to switch off or down. Some small details reported, requiring some maintenance (s/a burnt out bulbs, loose toilet seat), but not affecting comfort to significant extent. Pillows a bit stiff.
