Very modern, celan, great design. The spin bike in the room is DEFINITELY A PLUS. Love it

The air con setting is located in reception only. Do every time you need to arrange the room temperature you need to call and ask them. Some staff don’t speak English, I think they should definitely do.

The location of the hotel is excellent within a very lively area full of cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious and accommodated the four of us perfectly. Staff were always happy to help and assist in anyway. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

It would have been great if the small fridge in the room included a freezer compartment as we needed ice packs regularly. However hotel staff did try their best to accommodate our needs. Additionally, the bathroom door wouldn't close, a common issue I was told across all rooms. I was informed that the hotel is planning to fix this problem.

The hotel and room were overall excellent. It was great to have a room span 2 floors; it was spacious and comfortable.

The only downside was that, in our room, the toilets did not have proper doors - they had clear glass doors. It appears that there are two rooms in the hotel like this. The showers also had clear glass doors, and this is fine for my girlfriend and I - but it's not OK when it's the door to the toilets and it doesn't allow privacy. It seems that the hotel wanted the style and effect of electrochromic glass, but didn't actually use electrochromic glass, at least not for these two rooms. I suggest that this be fixed before the room is rented to any future couples or (especially) families. The fact that there are 2 full bathrooms in the room, and the room spans 2 floors, did allow us to have sufficient privacy and thus this didn't become a problem.

Nice and clean. Located in a vibrant part of the city on the very lively street. Very nice management doing their job perfectly. Was upgraded free of charge to the higher class room and granted an early check in. Good nice fitted rooms, with some view even. Everything was almost perfect. I've read at the other reviews that rooms could be renovated, but I don't agree. Room was very nice and modern. At least in my case. Hotel is surrounded by the restaurants and cafe.

A bit noisy at night. But honestly this is very lively part of the city, trade and restaurant street. You couldn't completely avoid it. And it was not unbearable. Just if you are very sensitive to the noise - take it in the consideration. Breakfast was a bit boring - 6 kinds of olives was funny but this was the only variety. But the breakfast plan was very nice, and it has veranda and nice view. Very friendly staff. No big reasons for complain. If you stay more than one night - there are no reasons to take breakfast there - a lot of cafe are just in a minute away.

Having free breakfast was very convenient as we did not have to venture out so early in the morning. We made a good acquaintance with the gentleman at the breakfast area, I=lam. He was very friendly and helpful with recommending places to go and eat and evn how to avail of the local transportation. He had some very interesting stories for us and was quite delightful. Thank you Islam for making our stay at your hotel enjoyable.

Lack of a pool or sauna/spa.

the staff at the reception and at the restuarant were so sweet and nice. they would listen to us and wish to please us all the time. the location is perfect. the duplex room was enough for us 2 adults and 2 children. the breakfast was simple and tasty. the environmet there when we had our breakfast was comfy and really nice.

first thing i didn't like was the houskeeping. they did not do proper room cleaning. apparantly, they don't vacuum or mob the rooms. that we did not get as part of daily room cleaning. they were replacing the towels and cleaning the toilets. and by the way, what was so funny is they ised my own shower gel to clean the toilet!!! i could smell my shower gel in the toilet and see the bubble!! that was a shame the second thing is that we had a good duvet for our large bed but the single beds (for each child) had only thin blanket that is not intended for keeping you warm when asleep. so, when i asked them for duvet for each of the single beds, they gave us only extra blanket which was still thin, not a duvet. so, anyone staying there keep in mind they do not provide duvet for single beds.

Location, cleanliness

Here are the things I didn't like about this hotel. Firstly, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Both my wife and I would wake up every 2 to 3 hours, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, in the morning, we would experience back pain as a result. Secondly, the breakfast was very disappointing. Istanbul is renowned for its delicious food, but the breakfast at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Considering the price we paid, it was particularly underwhelming and overpriced.

The establishment is very well equipped: parking with a vale and equipment in the room (cotton swab, cotton, I shower, hair care, shampoo, nail file, toilet gloves, needles with thread, safe, towel, bathrobe, slipper, shoehorn, coffee, tea, coffee machine, fridge ...). a great plus: the hairdryer is very good, large and powerful. The location of the hotel is really perfect, close to the public transport which allows the connection. Between the Asia Europe side. Two more the hotel is located in one of the most active streets of Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance. I had no trouble getting around. I will return without any worries because I am very satisfied with the facilities and the location. Additional information: when I order deliveries, the reception will receive them and bring them directly to my room. In addition, the reception is open seven days a week 24 hours a day. The staff is very pleasant and smiling.

This was an excellent hotel to stay in. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Lots of shops, restaurants etc all close by. The beds were super comfortable and the housekeeping came in daily to clean and refresh our room. The nice touch of small bottles of water given daily were very welcome. Delicious breakfast with fresh coffee. I can totally recommend Broyt to anyone.

Great location, lots of restaurants and shops around. 10 minute walk to the beach. Bus stop across the road. Very comfortable bed. Really good air con. Great to have 2 bathrooms and lots of toiletries. Bottled water replaced daily. Lovely breakfast.

Not sure of the point of having microwave and sink and large dining table and chairs when there were no tableware supplied 🤔 TV was in a very strange place so when sitting on the sofa only one of us could see it!
