Istanbul is a big city, so be sure that many sights worth seeing are within walking distance. Truth be told, the neighborhood is not that attractive, nevertheless we never felt unsafe. The hotel is just fine, recently furbished and clean. As for the facilities, I see that people are complaining.. that really depends on the purpose of your visit. No spa, no swimming pool, but if you are there to get to know Istanbul, you won't be needing a pool, no time to waste 🙂. There is a small shop in the vicinity, but we used it only for some snacks and water, I'm not sure how stocked it really is. Breakfast.. quite good. Fruit, vegetables, eggs in many ways, pie, sausages, cheese, Nutella, etc.. Great view from the restaurant terrace. Towels are changed on daily basis, also the cleaning lady does a good job.

Those are minor drawbacks, we were rather satisfied. The room overlooks very busy street. I didn't mind it, but it could be an issue for someone who likes quiet nights. At some point we tried to watch TV with an open window, it was impossible. The staff were mainly young people, which was ok. They sometimes looked as if they were trying too hard, always asking if everything was fine, always looking for some feedback. I think it is not necessary, the service speaks for itself. This is not a remark just an observation.. I do understand they simply want to improve their service.

Good location! Very big room! You literally can dance inside! Very clean and no smell in a bathroom like in the others hotel in Istanbul I've been! Thank you for the parking spot! We had a room with with the city and Galata tower view, and it was very quiet at night. Good breakfast with the beautiful view upstairs!

Great place, staff, service and breakfast are perfect (with panoramic view on the city).

There is a bit of noise coming from tool shops around, but it’s only in the morning/afternoon. Evenings and nights are super quiet.

Upon arrival, we were not sure if the road traffic would interfere with our night's rest. However, after the very friendly check-in and room handover, we found that the room was exceptionally quiet. The room, with a magnificent view of the Galata Tower, clean and equipped with TV / telephone / room safe and kettle and water. Mini bar for the first day also equipped with mineral water. The bathroom very nice and the shower worked perfectly (which is unfortunately not always the case during my travels). Fluffy hand/shower towels, soap etc all provided. The breakfast was richly equipped and freshly prepared. The view at breakfast was overwhelming! The location of the room as said on a main road walking 5-10 minutes to the tramway. With the tramway you can easily and cheaply reach most of the sights. On the other side also 5-10 minutes to the Galata Tower with many restaurants/bars, shopping street and much more. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel.

We had a reservation with half board. Unfortunately, the half board menu remained the same the whole week - some variety would have done well. For the meal itself we stayed only one evening and well put rather disappointed by the selection and quality of the food. As I said, half board menu. Here, the quality can certainly be improved.

The hotel , very close to the centre and all bars/restaurants etc, rooms very comfortable and clean , the reception staff very helpful and friendly , specially Mehmet at the reception was excellent very good .

The hotel was great and the staff were very good. There was some initial confusion with the airport pick up and we were going to be charged twice for this. The hotel eventually accepted our position. I think airport pick up needs to be better organised. The location was ok but the street is a commercial street for hardware supplies - it's not a tourist street. But it's only a short walk to the tourist areas and the Galata Tower and Galata Bridge.

It didn't feel safe at night so we stayed indoors. I was ripped off by a local restaurant but the hotel was very supportive and tried to help. Be careful at restaurants.

I recently stayed at CSK the helich Hotel and we must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who assisted us with our luggage and swiftly checked me in. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a comfortable king-sized bed, and a stunning view of the city and  The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities high-quality toiletries and water One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by every member of the staff team. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. they also surprised us one morning when they celebrated my sister birthday! Overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in Istanbul . From the beautiful accommodations to the exemplary service, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return for another fabulous stay!

We loved the staff, breakfast and the location was the best ! The staff was so helpful and friendly - in particular, Mehmed and Pinar were always there for us at reception and breakfast with a friendly smile and always helpful advice and support when we were making arrangements for tours / ideas of what to do for the day . The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on and the breakfast every morning was an event to look forward to - we didn't need to eat for the rest of the day ! The rooms were clean, quiet, modern and spacious

Staff are helpful right there. Since we got our taxi to the airport booked at 1:30, the hotel offered us to check out at 1pm. Also, the staff taught us about the traffic around. The view is great. The room is clean and new, and big enough. There is smart TV in the room, can project YouTube on it. The hotel is somehow walkable to tram station, which makes taxi is not the only option of traffic.

The towel hanger in the shower room is not well fixed, which makes it a bit dangerous. The water temperature is not so stable when shower. The A.C. is not powerful enough, especially at the hot summer noon in Istanbul. Actually, very minor issues.
