The reception man whose name is Ugur is kind. He helped searching laundry shop for me. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice to know how Turkish breakfast is.

House keeper didn't work properly!!! When I arrive I noticed body lotion wasn't new. It have been already used by someone. They didn't check bath amenities. It's disgusting!!! The light bulbs in bathroom and wash basin have already out when I arrived. How did they clean properly without light? Why they didn't replace before customer arrive? Also they didn't change bath mat on 25th of September. ハウスキーピングは信用できないので綺麗好きな方にはオススメできません。

Ist is a true pearl of accommodation in Istanbul for all romantic or interested in Istanbul history people! The fantastic Outfit and Design of The Hotel and rooms feels like in „a 1000 and 1 Nights“!! The roof top breakfast-area offers a fantastic view in Galata tower and Golden Horn. The breakfast is a great variety of gastronomic specialities. Any anyway: the staff is great and gives allways it‘s best!! You are very close to best Istanbul locations and Sishane-Metro station is directly beneath the hotel. I will prefer this house at my next trip!!!

Shower was of good function but as a tipp: it may be straightend again a bit ;).

The hotel is very nice and very well located, the Galata tower is a 5-minute walk away. Right at the exit of the hotel, you will find a metro station, and a 15-minute walk away, a tram station. Madame Tussauds Istanbul museum can be reached quite quickly - (I really recommend it), if you want to take a walk there you will find a promenade full of shops and restaurants. You have the opportunity to visit many places nearby, and Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar are located at a distance of 4-6 tram stops (you only need to walk 10 minutes to the station). The rooms are exactly as in the pictures, I chose the Grand Delux room with a sea view (I had a view on one side of the Galata Tower and the other view of the Bosphorus). Everything was clean, the girls come every day to change towels and bring water (still water and mineral water are brought daily from the house - small bottles). Everything looks very nice in the hotel (from reception, halls, room). Breakfast is served on the terrace on the 6th floor - absolutely wonderful view. Breakfast is served by them personally and is changed every day - it is not helpful to choose what you want, but it was quite ok (a little bit of everything for everyone). The gentlemen at the reception are very kind and ready to help with anything you need. I guided myself to the objectives I wanted to reach, even Mr. Ugur lent me his personal transport card because I couldn't manage to get one from the subway. I fed it and I was able to use it to reach Hagia Sofia and the Bazar much faster. It really helped me. Everyone who was at the reception during the 3 days I spent there helped me every time, they were very kind, smiling, they made sure every time that everything was in order, checked if anything else was needed of something. I didn't find any minuses in the location, I didn't stay to carefully check the carpet on the floor or the linen or every edge of the towels, because it wasn't the case.

Decor is ottoman style, clean, classic. It’s located in a central, 4 minute walk to Galata tower and walking distance to Istiklal street and metro transport station. The photos on booking.com looks exactly like the property and the rooms .

They could do better with the lighting in the hall way, they were sensored , switching on and off automatically , elevator is pretty small fits max 2 people , but then again it is an old building but something to have in mind , so it is understandable . But overall it was a great stay

The location of this hotel is directly above the Metro which providing one access to the other side of the bridge - Fathi, Blue Mosque, Sofia each of the Bazaars - Spice and Grand and more. The hotel housekeeping take pride in their work as demonstrated by the apostles appearance of our room. Traditional Turkish breakfast is served on the rooftop, providing one with an excellent view of the various mosques and Istanbul skyline. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable and well worth including with your stay.

A wonderfully decorated hotel. It made me feel like I was in the mystical times of the Sultans. The staff is very caring. They are happy to take care of your everything. Also the panoramic breakfast experience on the terrace was amazing. I can say that the location of the hotel is the best option when compared in terms of time and money. Daru Sultan is located at the intersection of the most popular places such as Şişhane Metro, historical Galata Tower, İstiklal Street and Golden Horn. We sipped our Turkish coffee while watching the perfect sunset from the window of our room. This hotel is very advantageous and high quality in every aspect. There is traffic congestion only in the evening. Thanks to everyone.

I liked the décor, the location, metro stop just outside the hotel, the breakfast, the views from the rooftop restaurant, the staff and the service. The views from the room were also amazing and the staff were extremely helpful.

The wifi was intermittent in our rooms. It would sometimes disconnect and sometimes was very slow as well. That was the only negative thing about the hotel, which I have informed reception about. Otherwise, everything was great.

I remember my stay at the hotel very well. Staff friendly and willing to help, as well as high personal culture. The room did not differ from the one shown in the photos, it was cleaned every day, clean and hygienic. The view from breakfast of the city panorama was fabulous.

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. However, the breakfast did not really suit my taste, but this is quite a subjective assessment.
