Everything was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Galata Times Hotel !!

The breakfast was good, and the staff were great also. The only complaint is that when going to breakfast, we went just before closing and the restaurant was packed with people. 5 mins prior to closing while we were still eating, the waiter started feeding the seagulls the breakfast food, without first allowing the people there to finish if they wanted more to eat. Loved watching the seagulls on the roof, but would also have liked a bit more to eat!

The rooms are very small, and the rooms with a terrace, it is good to know that they face a very small inner courtyard, there is almost no light.

Central location: A few minutes from the Galata Tower (although if you are in Istanbul for tourist purposes, you need to walk to the tram station for 10-15 mins which can take you to Eminonu) Good service: Staff was friendly and helpful View from the rooftop (where you have breakfast) is excellent - You can see the north side of Eminonu and the skyline, which includes famous landmarks such as the Suleimanye Camii The service from the breakfast team was very good: They can cook additional dishes (e.g. menemen or sucuklu yumurta) at your request

The view from some rooms are blocked by buildings nearby Rooms size is on the small side (but generally comfortable with nice interior) The bar at night seems to be run by a separate team, and the selection and service was poor. Many of the menu was not available, and the staff refused to serve hot drinks (they had a rediculous reason: Hot drinks come from downstairs and they will get cold when they are brought to the bar)

The location is perfect for this part of the city. Galata tower and Istiklal street are just around the corner. A hotel is small, just a few rooms per floor, but built/refurnished in a good way. Breakfast is diverse and of good quality, with a nice view over the city. Worth it.

Our room was smaller than it looked on photos and based on the specified size. And it is quite small for two people. The AC works strange, that even if I set "cool, down to 23 degrees", it just resets after some time to 20 degrees, which is quite cold.

Everything perfect . Beautiful modern room well thought out with amazing view . Very clean . The best location for getting around istanbul by walking . Very easy to walk across bridge to grand bazar and a nice walk along the bosphorous to galata port and just up the road to loads of shops and cafes and restaurants. Lovely staff and and a roof top restaurant with an amazing view for a lovely breakfast and dinner in the evening . Look out for the 2 friendly seagulls that knock on the window for their breakfast every morning

A wonderful hotel in every way. We were greeted with a free room upgrade and nothing but praise. The room is clean and very beautiful, the breakfast extremely good and varied, and the location...close to everything. Istkal at 5 min...galata tower at 2 min, above-ground or underground parking at 2 min. There are two parking lots at the exit of the hotel approx. 2 min (170TL/day) the hotel also offered us a 50% parking discount card, but unfortunately the parking machines didn't work (I don't know why). The metro is 2 minutes away, under the underground parking lot. The extremely kind staff, especially the lady at the reception and the gentleman who was present every day at breakfast.

Location. Room. Value. WiFi. Bathrooms. Friendly.staff. Everything is clean, smell well. I took "no view" room and it has "no view" :) I forgot İstanbul is full of "no view" rooms. But in return Ive got perfect silence.

Nothing critical. Checkout procedure: first time for the past few years my room was subjected to check (mini bar, towels, I don't know what else they checked). Maybe I am looking like a criminal.. I have never had such an experience anywhere in Turkey for many years of travelling. I hope it is just me who looks suspicious, yet able to pay 200 dollars per night.

The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Their English was excellent. The breakfast buffet was the best I experienced in Türkiye and was appealingly presented. The view to the Galata Tower from our spacious room was a bonus. The view from the rooftop bar where breakfast was also served, was superb.
