The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the metro and the Galata tower. The staff was nice.

The hotel is located on what is basically the main street, along which many cars pass all day. There is a pub opposite, so if there is an event, it is noisy until the morning. We lived on the ground floor, so right behind the door we had the reception and we could hear every word of the guests who came and went. Many times it was in the morning or at night. There is probably a built-in pipe in the walls of the apartment, because you could hear water running constantly, as if we had a fountain in the room. We were basically tired from walking, so it didn't bother us that much, but if you have a problem sleeping, then this is probably not the place for you.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights, I want to thank all the hotel staff, especially the hotel manager, gem, for his wonderful treatment. He really honored us with a good reception and providing all the necessary needs. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and it is located near Galata Tower, Istiklal Street and vital places, and the staff are doing their job Wonderful, an extra bed was also provided without any problems even though the extra person was not included in the booking plan.

The hotel locatiom is super safe you can come and go whanever you want My rating for the hotel is 9.5/10

Could be the best budget hotel in Taksim. Super clean, big rooms, comfy beds. AC works properly. There's a big radiator, so I expect it's warm enough in cold weather. The curtains are dark and cover the whole window. There are even sleepers. The location is perfect - 2 min metro, 5 min buses, walking distance to all the attractions on the Europe an side. The staff are very friendly and hospitable (special thanks to Rahmi for being so flexible and welcoming), they speak good English. Thank you, guys, i will definitely stay again.

The window in my room did fit tight so I could hear the noise from the cars. However, it's a small street and the traffic is not heavy.

The hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect. Situated close to everything and conveniently near a metro station, it made exploring the city a breeze. I appreciated being able to easily access various attractions and amenities without any hassle. Moreover, the cleanliness and safety of the hotel were top-notch. The meticulously maintained rooms and common areas reflected a high standard of hygiene. What's more, the serene atmosphere ensured a peaceful night's sleep, free from any disruptive noise.

We were group of girls in couple of rooms. This hotel was amazing! Front desk, cleaning ladies, everyone! The staff were super friendly, cleanliness was exceptional, location is great! I have read a lot of people have complained about the noise, but in real world, it is not noisy at all. It is the centre, but in a quiet street, it is normal to have cars in the street but windows are good and there is no noise, no clubs noise or similar in the street, so amazing for good night sleep and to be close to bars pubs and attractions. Just next to the metro station for other areas of city. Beds are super comfy and rooms are very comfy and big. Normal size closet, big windows, great bathroom, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, slippers, Available coffee and tea, water, minibar with normal prices. Also shops and places to eat nearby. We will for sure recommend and come back. Thank you guys for giving us a wonderful time!

Exceptional stay as usual! The people there are very kind and supportive, I want to take this opportunity to thank Çem and Şafak for their support and kindness, I will not forget Rahmi and the other staff that keeps the place safe and clean. Even though there is no elevator you will not feel so because the staff are helpful, they help you with your luggage and stroller if you have as it happens in my case, thanks again for all. The location is exceptional, less than a minute away from the metro station. I want to mention that I had a problem with the airplane and the flight was postponed for one month, but even though I notified them on the same day about the situation, they did not charge me a single euro, I was amazed by the way I was treated. Thank you so much for the exceptional stay. I advise everyone to stay at this hotel, especially families.

The location was superb. Walking distance to Galata Tower and Taksim and metro access. The room was nice and cozy but the view outside was a dilapidated building at the opposite, so I suggest don't look out instead. The room was clean and tidy. I suggest if you don't have mobile Internet, you may download Google maps to help you navigate your way offline.

The manager was not so accommodating for our request for late check out despite that we checked in early morning. There was no elevator and we were on the third floor located. So we had to climb up and down every day. They don't have restaurant in the hotel so there was no breakfast or any food. Either you eat outside or bring your food in the hotel. If you ask help for direction from the manager, he said I don't know. Or maybe due to his limited ability on English language.

Great location, really convenient for everything we wanted to do (sightseeing, cafés, bars) and a nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
