Amazing! Been here in 2019 with our first child and 2022 with our second. So with 2 kids, the space, kitchenette, bed, bathroom, room service..everything was awesome! Both times, incredible experience, super convenient location wise and everything is just near by. The market around the corner for all our needs, the best coffeeshop ‘Noir Pit’ across the road for great coffee and breakfast and the best Italian Pizza ever ‘Miss Pizza’ right next to the property. Taksim is 2 mins away. With 2 strollers it was super easy to get around. Every person at the reception was always helpful and willing to give the best tips. They have the best team. We had taxi booked couple of times to get around outlet malls with no extra charge. Will definitely come back when in Istanbul and recommend everyone with family and kids to stay here.

Our family ( 2 adults and 3 teens) stayed 11 nights at the property and it was exceptional.and unforgettable experience! This is the best location in Istanbul. Lively and close to public transport. Attractions were very easy to get to We had 2 suites/ apartments on the 4 the floor. The units were spacious, full of light, great view of Galata tower, very comfortable beds, with modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. It was super clean. The washer/drier in each unit was very useful. The staff was superb. Hasan was exceptionally helpful and made us feel welcomed. He arranged Covid test for our family at our apartment as these were required for our trip back home. The rest of the team was also very professional and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Off the charts experience! This is THE place to stay in Istanbul if you want to be comfortable and in an awesome location!

Nothing this was the 2nd time in istanbul but different hotel .

The location is perfect in Istanbul. The staff is very kind, extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. Mr. Ozan was very helpful and did more than his best to make our stay enjoyable. Mr. Hasan & Mr. Murat also very kind and helpful. The appartement hotel is nice, confortable and well decorated. There is a mixed touch of old and contemporary when staying in Galata M84. The building is historical and goes along with the general architectural style in Beyoğlu, yet modern and comfortable in the inside. Şışhane metro station is literally 50m from the hotel.

Internet speed can be improved.

The GALATA M84 Hotel is only about 1min from the Şişhane Metro station, which is amazing! Moreover, it’s just a few minute walk to bakeries or the GALATA Tower. The receptionist showed us our Suite and took enough time for questions. The suite was perfectly clean, fully equipped and has exceeded our expectations! We even got a free upgrade to a Suite with balcony, which was really huge and we could enjoy a view of the sea. The room was cleaned everyday and they also refilled the fridge with free water bottles. Furthermore, the receptionists were very friendly and always available for questions about the city. I’m almost certain, GALATA M84 is one of the best hotels in this area!

There's nothing not to like with this place, the apartment was lovelyand we felt at home instantly. Air conditioning was great for those not climatised to the blistering heat outdoors and in. Wifi/Smart TV were great, all appliances worked as should and the apartment was clean. Reception staff were very friendly and always available for any questions regarding the local area. The surrounding area is vibrant and busy whilst having a very relaxed feel, a scary amount af bars/restaurants to choose from within minutes of the apartment, along with the giant shopping strip a minutes walk away. Will definitely return should our paths meet with Istanbul again!

I stayed in many hotels around Turkey and this one was my absolute favourite specially in Istanbul. The location was superb (half a minute from Şişhane metro which helps you go almost anywhere you want around Istanbul), there’s also a F2 little tram up the stairs on the same road (on the left) that goes straight to Karakoy (which is amazing). Istiklal street was just 4 min up the road! The apartment was superb! Better than the photos and exceeded our expectations. It was on the third floor by the corner giving us an amazing view of each side (it was number 10 for anyone who wants to reserve it) The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The apartment was very clean and spacious and having 2 bathrooms was very helpful and convenient for us!

Nothing but it could be slightly improved by providing a small amount of laundry powder (specially for those staying a couple of days like we did) so we don’t have to go buy a big one and leaving it. A clothes rail/line for drying washed clothes would also be very handy and is necessary (we were provided with one but only after asking for it)

From its perfect location next to a metro station to its exceptionally friendly staff, every aspect of this hotel was truly remarkable. First and foremost, the hotel's location was a dream come true. Being right next to a metro station made commuting around the city incredibly convenient. Whether I wanted to explore the historical sites, visit popular attractions, or simply navigate Istanbul effortlessly, the easy access to public transportation was a blessing. One of the standout features of this hotel was undoubtedly the staff. From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their helpfulness, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire visit. Their knowledge of the city and willingness to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options added a personalized touch to my stay. Cleanliness is an essential factor in any accommodation, and this hotel excelled in this aspect. The level of cleanliness maintained throughout the entire establishment was truly impressive. From the immaculate lobby to the spotless rooms, it was evident that the hotel took great pride in maintaining a hygienic environment. As a guest, I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into ensuring a pristine atmosphere. Speaking of the rooms, they were an oasis of comfort. The thoughtfully designed and well-appointed rooms provided a cozy and inviting space to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The comfortable beds, plush linens, and ample amenities added an extra layer of relaxation, making it easy to recharge for the next day's adventures. It was evident that the hotel had put considerable effort into ensuring the utmost comfort for its guests. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to both a supermarket and Istiklal Street was a significant advantage.

The location of the apartment very nearby to Sishane & Tunnel Metro. 5 to 10 mins walk to Istikal street & Galata Square. The warm hospitality of the staff & management kills the negative issues on the Water Heater & heater problem. Unfortunately my bathroom toilet was leaking and i can understand that they could not fix it immediately so they treat us with a delicious cake to say SORRY! hahaha, that was nice! Kitchen utilities are complete set! unbelievable. Those who wants to cook, this is the apartment that you looking for. Easy to communicate with their staff, their English is good! thanks to MURAT, OZAN & HASSAN they are very helpful and supportive! the Management should be proud to have them as their staff. Thanks to MURAT for helping me to check in the airlines ticket by using his laptop. We shall repeat our trip to Istanbul and stay in GALATA M84 next year September! No regret!

We visited as a family of 4 and fell in love with this apartment. The hotel is situated in a central location, making it convenient for exploring the city the metro station is just a 2 min walk also the funicular is a 5 min walk. The room offers a good view we can see the iconic Galata Tower from the window and gallery. Do look out for Room No.16 it offers the best view. The rooms are spacious, with the added convenience of two separate bathrooms/toilets. The bathroom was well equipped with vanity kits didn't make us feel we aren't staying at a 5 star hotel property. The artefacts in the room were beautiful also take a copy of the Istanbul map before you start the tour around Istanbul it really helps especially the metro and funicular lines. There were many cupboards and hangers for storage The kitchen area includes a dining table, providing a comfortable space for enjoying meals. The sitting area in the hotel offers a cozy spot for guests to relax and unwind. Guests can find books to read in their rooms, offering a pleasant pastime during their stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Metro allowing for easy transportation. Additionally, the Galata Tower is within 5 min walking distance. The lady manager of the hotel is very co-operative and helpful, providing assistance and addressing any concerns. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms had an issue with the air conditioning. As a goodwill gesture, the lady manager offered to shift us to the best room available ( Room No.16). They also allowed us to extend our stay till 1pm instead of the 11 am checkout as our flight timings were late.

The reception staff, for the most part, lacked supportiveness towards small requests, although the receptionist on the first day was highly cooperative.
