The SPA is small and there were some families occupying the swimming pool and Sauna all the time in the morning and from 5pm until 9pm almost like a club med or aqua park . I highly recommend having it Adult only or at least allocate time for adults e.g. From 7 to 9pm as some people do not respect that others have the right to access the wellness.

The hotel seems relatively new, located on the hillside only a few minutes from the major attractions. Close to Marmaray and the bus station as well. There is a superb restaurant on the top floor with a really great view. Breakfast is good. There is not much of a view from the room, but that doesn't matter much. There is a SPA in the basement, a gym, a pool, a sauna and a Turkish bath. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is overall in good shape, but some minor details need attention and maintenance. Like, the lift calling button works only in one direction, the shower tap falls off or the window cannot be closed properly. They don't matter much but without maintenance, they will have bigger issues soon.

A lovely hotel with the loviest staff members. We were a family of 10 and we had a very comfortable stay. The spa/pool was enjoyable and clean. All amenities were provided. The breakfast was very lavish and the view of the Bosporous was spectacular from the rooftop. Iclal from the breakfast room was really helpful and looked after us incredibly well. The staff at the reception, Mustafa, Hasan and Ahmet were really helpful from the start of the trip. They offered us complimentary tea when we arrived and offered us a packed breakfast for our early morning flight. They were really helpful for any queries we had during our stay. The food at the restaurant was good quality, and delicious. We enjoyed our meal with the view in the evenings. The location of the hotel was a short walk from all major attractions

The hotel is located in a very steep area. As we were a family with children and pushchairs and elderly, walking up and down from the hotel to the major attractions was not that easy for us. The hotel is also located in the middle of an undergarment bazaar, which closes early during the day hence the roads leading up to the hotel were dark and empty without any lamp posts.

The hotel is centrally located, at waliking distance from most of the major attractions. The area is lively at day time, but almost desert at night, which for me was a plus as it was very quite (no traffic or any other noise whatsoever, great for sleeping). Staff was kind and helpfull. Room was clean and well equipped. Air conditioning is powerful in case of warm weather. I appreciated the free bottles of water every day, a nice perk which I loved, thank you! The restaurant, where you can have breakfast both indoor or outdoor, is on the roof top, whith great views of the city and the Bosporus, just beautiful. The nice swimming pool, with hydromassage, and the sauna are an additional reason to pick up this hotel.

Honestly nothing, it was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Some reviews mention the steep uphill path to reach the hotel, but it's just a 3 minutes walk, and if you don't like walking probably Istanbul is not a great choice for your holidays. The fact that you don't have restaurants or bars just in front of the hotel could be a minus for someone, but as I said you are rewarded with quite nights, which is rare in a bustling city like Istanbul. If I had to suggest some improvementes, which is not easy, I would seal better the shower compartment, it was slighly leaking. Last point, if you wish to have a city view from your room window, do ask for it at reservation time. The view from the rooms on the rear side is blocked by a high wall.

Hotel was pretty much pristine, very modern & new looking. We had a spacious double room - very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (especially as most hotels I have stayed at offer very little variety) - they made omelette or fried eggs as well if you asked. The roof-top restaurant has lovely views of Galata, Ayah Sophia, etc. Short walk from Sirkeci tram stop & 15 min walk to Sultan Ahmet & 10 minute walk to Eminonu. All staff were friendly, courteous & professional. Also the sauna, steam room & swimming pool are excellent & included - no additional cost. I would stay there again.

Not much to look at out of the window of the room but it really didn't matter, the room was excellent.

Staff is friendly and helpful, rooftop restaurants is a surprise as the kebabs are well cooked, if you are used to the street kebab, it is worth coming to try a “fine dining” level of it.

I saw many comments before mentioned about the location as the hotel is located on a slope, but the reality is: The shops nearby close at 6, so if you come back after sunset, the neighbourhood is quite scary to walk by (especially if you are by yourself), because it is completely dark and nobody is on the street. After a long day of walking in the city, walking back to the hotel is quite challenging, so if you come here with family (with elderly or kids) or your are not so fit, strongly suggest you reconsider hotel choice.

Location is good, but if you book a taxi yourself , they never come at the hotel, it is better to book the taxi through the hotel . Room the confortable, clean ok, could be better in the bathroom. Sauna was great with smell of menthol oil added in the water by the staff, swimming pool was great too Staff at the spa space is very nice and helpful Amazing rooftop with a good restaurant

There was not really a window with access to the outside. There was a window with the interior view. In the steam room, it would have been great to have as well the menthol oil smell. In the gym room, there is nothing to clean They should mention in the description of the hotel that swimming cap is mandatory

The location was ideal to the grand bazaar, food places and not far from the tram station either. Staff were very friendly and gave us maps and guides and told us the must see tourist attractions. Mr Emrah was really nice and welcoming and always went out of his way. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples wanting to explore Istanbul.

Sometimes it can be noisy at night and in the morning but it is in a prime area. The breakfast is very simple, and caters towards turkish style breakfast. A lot of cafes and restaurants near the hotel so that isn't an issue either.

The location of the hotel is great. The panoramic view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing.

3 out of 4 rooms for our group had NO WINDOWS. They were simulating a kind of window facing an interior corridor with a fake blue sky. While being in such a room you feel like you are in a cage, you cannot breathe without the A/C turned on. They didn't mention that from the beginning so that we can decide and when we received the rooms it was already too late to make any change. Also, the breakfast was rich, many assortments, but not tasty. If you like this hotel, make sure from the beginning that you wouldn't be allocated a room without the window.

The hotel location is perfect for visiting Istambul famous places. Ten minutes walking from the most tourist sites. The room was comfortable for three of us. Clean, modern environment. Every day cleaning, coffee, tea, bottled water. The beds were good and the room was quiet. From the restaurant the view was spectacular to the Bosporus and the city. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Recommended!

The room hasn’t a real window, just a door to the inner atrium. You can not ventilate just with an air coditioner.
