fantastic location, you can walk just about everywhere and if you need the tram or metro that’s just around the corner. Surprisingly quiet for somewhere so central. Our ‘junior suite’ for very spacious. Bed very comfortable. Friendly staff.

the breakfast wasn’t great. no fresh coffee which was frustrating, no toaster. on the last morning we saw others had fresh pancakes and baked eggs but we had no idea that these were on offer.

Good location and nice that they left in my room cake because i was there on my birthday. Room was ok. Nothing to complain about related to location or facilities.

I think they gave me another room than the one I booked, smaller and when i asked for a change there were no other rooms left. Not the size bother me but the fact that the view was .. no view.. the window was toward a indoor courtyard or something like that but super small and not that pretty. If the room was with a normal view towards anything maybe the experience and the rating would have been a little better. All in all the hotel is ok for a weekend stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff, especially Görzem Sercan, provided excellent service, even assisting with a taxi misunderstanding. However, the breakfast options were limited, and I wish there were more choices. Overall, a positive experience.

A drawback of the property is its location in an alley, causing accessibility issues for taxis at times. This inconvenience could be a consideration for those relying on transportation services.

The staff in the reception is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel offers many amenities at no extra cost, which elevates your experience. The location is superb.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff at the restaurant. During breakfast, I was charged by card and only informed that the kitchen would close after 15 minutes when I received the bill. Later that evening, I was met with rude behaviour from the manager when he reminded me that they don't serve alcoholic cocktails, referencing my previous visit and my disappointment with this fact. I don't believe this is a welcoming approach.

Location: 10/10: The hotel is in the old city and only 15 minutes walk to all the main attractions like the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace, the Basilica Cistern and the Grand Bazaar. If you don't like walking, the Sirkeci tram station is only a two minute walk away and that will take you to all those places as well. Your taxi won't be able to stop right in front of the hotel as its the old city and space is at a premium, so just be aware of that. It is also accessible via a small lane, which for those not expecting this, might be strange, but it is the most lovely little lane as there are loads of places to eat along that lane. Also across from the hotel is Building of Ministry of Post and Telegraph (Grand Post Office). Room: We had a room facing the little lane, so you looks straight at the next building, which is absolutely fine as we are in the old town and this is all part of the charm. You can open the windows a little bit to let the air in and listen to all the sounds of bustling Istanbul. If you are a light sleeper and want total silence, the windows are double glazed, so we did shut them to sleep and there was only the soft sound of our air con. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the housekeeping is efficient. Breakfast: The breakfast is from 6.30 to 10.30 and there is a good selection of bread, pastry, cornflakes, marmalades, honey, Nutella, etc. There is also an omelette making counter, and also Turkish breakfast selection. The Turkish breakfast selection changes most days and is okayish. I don't know much about Turkish breakfast so can't really comment on how good it is, but the rest of the breakfast was enough to keep you full until lunch (or until dinner in our case). Taxi: The hotel can book you a taxi for €50 to take you back to the International airport, which is what we did as we didn't want to mess around with trams, buses or other taxis on the way back.

The location is excellent, very close to the Galata Bridge and the important historical sites like the Blue Mosque. The staff was also excellent, I found them very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff in particular were very much on it. The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. One weird thing, if you're trying to street view this hotel using Google you have to go around the corner as the entrance to the hotel is down a side street. The area just outside is great with a couple of restaurants.

This might seem odd but the hotel is showing a little bit of wear. It's clear the insides have been completely redone but you can tell that this has been the case and some of their chosen finishing are showing signs of age already. You'll have to look quite closely to notice but you may see it if you are like us and tend to notice the details. Having said that the hotel was very clean and welll appointed so it wasn't a deal breaker. In fact I would go back.

Location is perfect, all the touristic places are just 10/15 minutes walking distance. The room was very comfortable, clean, very quiet, no noise from the street, very good shower. Special thanks to Sercan, Görkem and Aydin for their hospitality and kindness and thanks to Mehmet for helping us with taxi on our departure. Really appreciated the nice “sweet” surprise they made for my wife’s birthday. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Istanbul.

We stayed in junior suite for 4 days 3 night. The room is spacious for 3 person. The room also include free drinks. The hospitality of the staffs were amazing, very helpful. The hotel is also near to many main attractions & public transportation.

The staff was incredibly kind and very helpful. From the front desk to the cleaning crew. The hotel is very close to public transportation. The hotel room has good space. The shower force was perfect.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Some of the cheese was melting, as the equipment underneath the trays was really hot. There weren't many fruits. The plates and cups weren't very clean. But it was OK.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. Last time as a family and now as a couple. And he’s exceptional! Beyond the location that is in the center of everything, Eminonu, misir carsisi, Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, a tram, all is a few walks away. The rooms are clean and pleasant. And the staff is the best Turkey! Everyone without exception is pleasant, smiling, helpful. Anything you need they are there for you with pleasure. The best hotel in Istanbul. Looking forward to coming back again.
