very clean and some of the staff were extremely friendly

some of the reception staff made you feel uncomfortable (they asked uncomfortable questions like why did we arrange the airport transfer ourselves and who is picking us up). they asked us to pay a 200€ deposit when we arrived. the way they asked us, we didn’t appreciate and it felt like they wanted it really bad and in cash. i kept telling them if they want a deposit, they have my bank details but I wouldn’t give them cash (also no receipt in case of giving a 200€ deposit in cash????). they didn’t pay much attention about refilling the breakfast. we had to constantly ask , could you please provide more bread, cups etc

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Spoke good English. Nice room and bathroom, good breakfasts. Excellent location, walking distance from Sultan Ahmet and Eminonu, and close to the tram line. A few doors down from Sirkeci Metro station. 45 minutes by taxi to Istanbul Airport.

We loved our stay and we would stay there again! *The reception staff are so friendly and speaks proper English, they're copperative and always in service and they are always smiling and greeting us in our way in and out. (we trully appreciate it) *All staff plays with my baby son in our way in and out and never felt like strangers, they treat us just like their own family! *The room was small, however it was fairly fit for a baby cot and our luggage. *The room is well decorated, clean and the furniture is in good condition. *The housekeeping staff will knock the door and get in the room to clean, unless the "do not disturb light is on". *The hotel location is PERFECT, we went to the most tourism places by walking. The tram station is very near it only takes 2-3 minutes walk. As well as the metro station, which takes 2-3 minutes walk. The area is quite. *The breakfast is nice, however it was always the same during our entire stay. *They stored our luggage for one week free of charges. *It worth mentioning that when we returned back after a week to get our bags, I went in alone while my wife and son were waiting in the taxi, the bellboy Omer insisted to see my son and to greet my wife before we travel back home. *Overall, its a family friendly facility and the staff are amazing.

*There was a water supply problem in the entire district right before the checking out time, therefore there was no water in the entire hotel. They have to come up with a solution for such cases, for instance having a water tank. That day we had to wash our baby bottles in the airport and take shower after arriving our destination. *They need to clean the shower area in a better way, there was some mold in the corner.

Location was amazing . Staff was so so friendly and helpful. Always offer me somethings ( turkish coffe was amazing! Make sure have it in the mornings probably Cannt sleep if you have it in the afternoon) They really respect customers. I really enjoyed stay there.Room was big and modern which my wife really like it.

Well . The only things came to my mind is breakfast. Expected more when you are in Turkey. At least change breakfast every day so have diffrence options. This is only constructive comments. Make sure have some local currency. Some resturant ask for cash only and public transportations only ask for local currency.

All The staff, especially Mehmet "Mr. Zero", he was really good with kids, and created an instant bond with them, they keep asking about him when he isnt on duty. All the staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, once i asked them to point me to a sandwich shop for the kids during a public holiday where everything was closed, their staff told me to wait, disappeared for a second, and came back with cheese and tomato sandwiches, and they gave it to us for free!

The breakfast could be better, but it was okay in general

The personal is verry friendly and help with the bags. The breakfast is Also good. Its clean and comfy.

We booked transfer from and to airport and there was no baby seat, even they assure me that baby seat is not problem. Also when we were going back the driver didnt want to wait for the another couple going with Us. We told him 3 times to wait and stop but he didnt, so my husband needed to open the car Door to make him stop and wait. The air condition is blowing direct to the bed, so you Can catch a cold verry fast.

Really good location, right in the middle of tourist sites. One team ride away from the spice Bazaar and the same distance in the other side you were at the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Walking distance to both sides. Rooms were clean, Hot water available during peak times, breakfast was adequate enough, staff were super friendly. This is not the hotels fault but there was some building work going on next door. Bit of an eye sore. Noise was minimal. As mentioned this has not affected any of my scores. Breakfast was adequate but could be better. They had three hot dishes, chips, french toast and soup. They could introduce a few more hot dishes. There was a kettle in the room but only two tea bags although they had some herbal tea. For tea lovers I'm sure you could ask for some more and they would oblige but would of been nice to have a few more

Absolutely, everything came short on nothing.

The following people were fantastic Halil,Humay,Esma,Furman,Ugurcan.Service beyond excellence 👏 they made us feel at home for directions and advice they were the best, and speaking English was a bonus we could relate which is very difficult elsewhere so yes most definitely a hotel that I would definitely come back to stay in and I highly recommend it. 11 out of 10 guys that's my rating. The breakfast was worth every Lira didn't know what to choose as the food selection was totally and completely mouth watering and filling..what I also loved was the coffee machine where you could have a Cuppachino, normal coffee Late or a cuppachino. I can go on and on but don't wanna get anyone bored. Go check it out for your selfs . I rate them 5 star. Regards, P.Abdulla

For each trip to Istanbul, this was one of our many stayings at this hotel. The hotel is centric to all activities, restaurants and shops. The room wasn't big, but enough for two people, it was very clean. We slept comfortably on its bed with cleaned sheets. The staffs were friendly and helpful, they went beyond their duties and attended your needs.

The breakfast needs to be improved and coffee.. The hallway lights were operated on motion detecting, sometime it was dark. My suggestion was to have small light brighting enough in addition to the motion detecting lights.
