There was a problem with my reservation we were a family 4 people. we had to stay for two nights in a separated rooms. Many thanks to the reception staff Mr.Murad Mr.Erfan they solve the problem very shortly. The rooms were very clean, comfy, and quiet the bathroom was expcetionally clean. I liked that the hotel was really close to the public transports (tram line), between beyazit and laleli university tram stations. Breakfast was very good Many thanks to all the staff for their good manners and behaviour.All of them were very cooperative.... If i will come again to istanbul again with my family...I am defenitely going to stay in this hotel

Location is perfect near Ordu street (Tram line), Grand Bazaar and many many shops and museums. Modern hotel, well equipped and everything is working fine (which is often not the case in Turkey). Spending 70+ nights in Istanbul a year I can say that it was one of the best hotels I stayed in Istanbul (10+ hotels tried here in last 3 years) in this price range (60-90 eur/night). Highly recommended! Bonus- Starbucks in the lobby :)

Opening window disables AC, but this is common in many hotels.

The breakfast which was included in our room was amazing. A fantastic selection of food to suit any palette. The offering changed daily so if you stayed a week you wouldn’t tire of the buffet. The hotel is well located in the Old City making walking a possibility to many attractions. Public transit is available right outside, as well as a great selection of ATM machines. There is lots of shopping 🛍️ near by if that’s what you’re looking for. There are many restaurants to choose from, just be careful of the “RoofTop” ones.

The front desk had little too no information on local tours, restaurants etc.They did however offer names of tour guides they knew and restaurants they had affiliations with. No brochures.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast changed a few times which was great. Had a good variety. They have indoor spa and sauna, free for hotel guests. They also have massages but you have to pay for them. When you need your room to be cleaned in the morning, you flick a switch and a light turns red for “do not disturb” and green for “clean room”. Complimentary water bottles everyday given by the hotel. Personalised letter was left on arrival to my room. Very hard to point a fault. Hotel is less than a minute walk from grand bazaar. Hotel also has in-house Starbucks!

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. I especially loved the stunning views of the city from my window. The dining experience was exceptional, with a variety of mouthwatering dishes that satisfied my taste buds. The spa and wellness center provided the perfect relaxation I needed after a long day of exploring. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Manager Ercan was very good to use with everything. Also Omar take great care of us.

So we didn’t have a flight that reached on time, however, we requested them for a late check in and they absolutely accommodated. Fatih and Ougr were more than welcoming and they treated us so well. Helped us with tours and markets around, and assisted us with all of the requests we asked about. The rooms are excellent, very comfortable and extremely clean.

The only thing which is problematic in the washroom is that the shower drainage is a bit slow which can cause the water to accumulate in the bathroom. So be a little careful. Everything else, is top notch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Edition Old City Hotel and while there were a few hiccups, it was an enjoyable experience overall. First and foremost, the breakfast was a highlight of my stay. It was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The steam sauna was working perfectly fine. The location of the hotel is great - it is in a safe area, not too far from tourist zones and relatively close to the Grand Bazaar. The reception staff were great and very helpful. They even assisted us with some noisy neighbors that were causing a disturbance. Our room was cleaned every day and they made sure to replace our water bottles with filled ones.

One of the amenities that the hotel offers is a steam and regular sauna. Unfortunately, during my stay, the regular sauna was stuck at 40 Celsius degrees, and someone was using it to dry their clothes. It should be noted that the hotel is a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. One downside is that there is no parking on premises or nearby and the hotel does not have a parking lot. This may be an inconvenience for those travelling by car.

The price is really nice regarding three of us staying and the bed is comfortable there is air-conditioning and it’s in the quite center part of the city you can go anywhere with walk distance only one little problem is the noise because it is also really center so you will wake up really early in the morning. By the way the breakfast is great it has everything you need all different kind of cheese scramble eggs and also boiled eggs left alone some meat and bakery.

The noise in the place due to the location is quite loud in the morning, and we stuck once in the elevator.
