Great hotel, very clean, cleaned every day, right in the centre of the city, close to everywhere, food very tasty and varied, I will definitely go back there, greeting all the staff xx

Fantastic Turkish buffet breakfast with many (healthy) choices, also for vegans. It took a lot of convincing to get a Turkish coffee, but eventually I got one - which was fantastic. I used the pool in the basement which was ok. Pool hours very limited - like everywhere in Istanbul, it seems. Some staff members were especially kind and helpful.

The image of the swimming pool outside is very misleading. It is an oversized bathtub, you can't really swim in it. Very few of the staff members could speak English, communication was sometimes difficult.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful especially Yeliz who worked the afternoon/ night shift. She provided a free upgrade to a family room as the original room was a bit small for three people and we had a lot of luggages. The upgraded room is spacious and has a great view of the Sea of Mamara. The location is close to most tourist sites in Sultanahmet and you can use public transport by tram or by metro. Although the taxi did not get to the hotel due to the main road was blocked due to road works but I think it is a temporarily issue.

Although there is a lot of variety of Turkish food (e.g. salad, cooked vegetables etc) at the breakfast, the choices are almost the same everyday. There is also a lack of western breakfast choices. There is no fresh fruit juices or coffee. The Turkish hammam is only available during 10am - 7pm and after that time at night, you would need to pay. It is difficult to do sightseeing during the day and rush back to go to the hammam. The roof top pool was not open for use when we stayed. Also there is no remote control for the air conditioning and you would need to call reception every time you change the temperature setting.

Very friendly staff, personalised service, very clean. Breakfast was great. Conveniently located. Great value for money.

Tried booking for another colleague who was reaching there a week later but the room rates were hiked up majorly. Had to find another hotel in the same area.

This is a good place for sure. It’s clean! The stuff is welcoming and polite, the room has a good safe box, tropical shower and enough space for 1 person. Loved the attitude mostly.

However I was unpleasantly surprised when I was told the gym is free from 12 up to 7pm, who goes to gym at a hotel these hours at all?? And the rest of the days it’s 20€ per visit. Like wow, isn’t it too much? Hammam and the pool are also subject to extra payments, around 50€ if I’m not mistaken. I’d also suggest you guys note that you don’t have bathrobes, as it can be a problem when the guest doesn’t know there’s none in advance. But I can’t say it’s smth very bad, just some important things didn’t meet my own expectations.

We loved the way we eere was greeted by the friendly staff at the reception -Suat served us very well! Loved the location of the hotel! Shopping areas and all the major historical tourist sites were at a walking distance ! Housekeepers were very friend and the breakfast had lots of nice variety of food to choose from. Access to public transport was very easy once you get the hang of it. It has a nice and very reasonable priced restaurant with good variety menu. Lots of restaurants nearby and gives many options. Would love to come back again !

Pillow and towel was dirty for 2 days Toilet design was weird, no space to set on the seat Breakfast is horrible Tomato was dirty during the breakfast,i called the chef and he said this is Normal!

Location was amazing, right next to the tram! Beautiful scenery from the breakfast area. Cleaning staff were exceptionally nice as well as Shadi (young lady who recommended the spa to us). Hotel was clean and was easy to find.

Our room had some issues and we called the reception to follow up. Some of the things got fixed but the other request weren’t followed up.

the property is great I couldn’t fault it but maybe you could put notices on the floors for your customers to be courteous to other customers in the night or early morning and not talk very loud as it disturb their sleep. we were disturbed by the people residing in the opposite room every morning early . they open their door to go out and start talking in the corridors very loud as if nobody else exist
