Emporium Hotel is located at a ideal location. All the major attractions are near by and easy accessible by tram. The hotel staff were very helpful specially Ibrahim and Kenan who were exceptionally well mannered.

Only draw back with the hotel is there are no elevators from street level. You have to climb up a flight of stairs for the elevator to go up. It’s a disadvantage only if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel staff are more then happy to help you with this issue.

Breakfast was excellent, always freshly prepared food, we missed a little more selection. The location is simply superb, everything is within reach, close to the Grand Bazaar and the tram station, there is an exchange office under the hotel, a whole bunch of shops, tobacconists and also fast food, which is not only cheap, but also incredibly good, with a wide selection. In short, the hotel is in a great location. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, the receptionists were top notch, the rooms were really clean, they changed towels and the rest every day, praise. I highly recommend it.

Everything was ok, the only standard room we stayed in was really small, without a real wardrobe and the window faces the atrium, which means there is no real air. This is the only downside, but we were out all day so it didn't bother us

It is in the perfect location, close to all the tourist attractions, river and restaurants. The staff (especially at reception) are friendly and helpful. We arrived to check in early and not only did they have a room ready but they gave us a free upgrade! The breakfast is simple but has all the local and international foods you want. The reception responded promptly to my messages before check in and organised airport transfers for us. Super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel as great value!

The steps up to the lift, but we knew about that before we arrived. Also, if your room is on the same level as the restaurant, it can be noisy in the morning as you hear people eating their breakfast

The hotel is located near to super bazar turkish area, also near to bus stop hafaist area askaray - bayazit meydan. close to the tram station. The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. smooth hot water, carpeted rooms and clear TV channels, Food is not varied but quite good

1. I stayed for 6 nights, but only given mineral water on the first day and 4th day. it seems that mineral water is not automatically given when the room is cleaned every day 2. if you bring a big bag, then be prepared to carry it because this hotel needs to go up the stairs from the entrance to the 0th floor

1- it's very hard for the taxi to reach the hotel , sometimes i needed to walk for 10 minutes to get a taxi because the hotel near the tram station. 2- it's hard for older people to reach the elevator , they need to walk 10 steps toward the upper level. 3- the AC in room 102 and room 103 shuts down after half an hour of starting , and not open again automatically , you need to restart it manually .. i have informed the staff but no one could help.

The emporium hotel is great!! It's location is very strategic, close to everything you need and everywhere you want to go. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so kind, helpful, patient, accommodating, hospitable and friendly. I would like to thank Muhsen, Ibrahim, Kenan, Aybars, Omer and Halim for everything during our stay. We would definitely come back to emporium hotel and recommend it to all our friends and family. The rooms are small but all the other great aspects about the hotel compensate and make it worth while. Upgrading to a bigger room is always an option and the staff were so helpful and kind to give us a free upgrade to a bigger room with a sea view. Thank you emporium hotel, it's been a wonderful experience!!

Size of room is excellent and bed is comfortable. Location of hotel is great close to the grand bazar, Kumkapi, restaurants and many shops. Breakfast is good too.

All is good but getting a taxi can be a pain sometimes due to the daily closure of the main road to the traffic (from 10am to 9pm)

We were 6 nights at Istanbul ,Emporiam Hotel, this hotel is very comfortable and value for money what we paid. Very good location, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and staff. Specially front office Mr.Kenen and Mr.Ömer ,they are doing a fantastic job, very helpful, good information & friendly.We have been more than 32 countries but in Istanbul ,Emporiam Hotel is a very special location and we are highly satisfied. Location is central.There is a tramvaj stop "Beyazit" in front of the hotel and two metro stations "Sirkeci Marmaray" and "Yenikapi" near the hotel.There are a lot of cafes, restaurants,bazars,shops and historical places around.Breakfast is very tasty.The hotel is very clean.People of the reception and every staff of the hotel is very professional.

The hotel was perfect, it was close from everything, the metro line, metro station, bazar…. The staff were really nice and helpful with all our necessities. They cleaned our room everyday, which I loved 🥰, and the breakfast was so good. I was scared of my luggage because of the stairs at the entry door but really thanks to the hotel helpers.
