The location and price was perfect.

The washroom doors had no lock. The toilet papers weren't restocked regularly. The mini fridge didn't work. The window didn't close.

location is perfect , price is reasonable , staff is friendly and the room is clean

the bathroom is so tiny i wasnt able to sit on the toilet because of the tiny space infront of it.

Location is excellent, We were on the 5th floor and despite location being close to such a busy street, noise was minimal, other than friday night

Housekeeping isn’t great, they dont change sheets daily and their visits are fairly early in the day, so often walked in on us or didn’t visit. There was a pistachio nut on the floor when we arrived and remained there until we left, so don’t think house keeping are that thorough

Location was right near iatiklall street, Taksim metro and bus station and Havaist Tassimo stop to and from airport. The right receptionist guy very very helpful, from Azerbaijan. Went out if his way for us

I recently stayed at Ferman Pera Hotel for my holiday and I impressed and satisfied I am with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The accommodations were superb. The room was spacious. I really enjoyed 10 days. My sister flight was missed. Staff member alot help us. Staff member Turhan, Islam and other man I forgot name with glasses help us. I am very thank all staff. I would highly recommend.

The best staff and very clean hotel with a great location The best location is less than 2 min. walking distance from Istkalal street ( Taksim ) The staff is very cooperative Special thanks to all the helpful staff Yusuf, Umar, Islam, Nijat, Seymour, and the other blond guy The room is very nice and very clean with AC and fridge

The reception team is very helpful, especially Eslam, and his colleagues in the reception were so friendly and supportive. The location is great.

The only negative is the housekeeping noises in the morning while cleaning the rooms around. However, the ladies themselves are so nice,

Receptionists were very nice, welcoming and helpful, very nice location with good access in every direction. Also as I was travelling alone it was important for me to feel safe in the area and in the hotel, also coming back at night, so I would recommend staying there also for women travelling alone

Sometimes a bit loud at night due to tourist area but still worth it

This hotel is located 2 minutes from the pedestrian street, Taksim. Everything is incredibly close, and therefore the location is really good. Besides this, this hotel had the nicest staff and manager who was always ready to welcome the guests and good to help. It will definitely not be my last booking with Ferman Pera Hotel!
