The amazing service that the staff provided, it was extremely inviting. It has encouraged my friends and I to return to this beautiful city, where the hospitality was immaculate.the receptionist staff really educated us on what Turkish culture is all about, respect, love and compassion towards their guests making both I and my friend feel right at home💙

Location is excellent as it is almost right on Istiqlal so a short walk is all you need to be in the middle of the action. The staff and management are great and really helpful never sparing an effort to help in every way they can. The hotel is tiny and cosy. The room was just the right size for a young family of 4 which is very budget friendly. Breakfast is pretty basic but goes well with the budget and the hotel class. We enjoyed our stay.

The towels have a very strong smell of chlorine and sometimes when using a clean towel after a shower it smells weird. Not sure if this relates to two issues: a. mix of chemicals and proportions, b. washing machines need to be descaled and treated. One day a fresh towel smelled strongly of cigarettes. Heating was not working in the hotel until the last day and ceiling lights were flickering in our room constantly. The last thing (which is really out of the hotel's control) is the noise at night from the night clubs and bars on the street, almost every night there was yelling and screaming :)) so we had trouble sleeping the first and second night but for the rest of the week we were too exhausted to hear anything:))

-Friendly and welcoming, helpful and amazing staff, they try to help you in all the possible ways. -Great location, 5 min walking distance to Taksim square. -Breakfast is good, although it's the same every day. -Small single room with balcony available and large windows.

-The first negative issue is the very tiny elevator, that barely fit 1 person, but it's not a big deal. -Noisy surrounding during the night, some of my friends couldn't sleep well, but I did not have that problem in my room. -Tiny bathroom in my room, in other single rooms bathrooms were better. -No night tables around the bed, due to the lack of space in my room, but not in other rooms.

Location of the hotel is top. Very kind reception guy Süleyman did the rest: info about city, taxi, hotel, metro etc. Location and service more then compensate the basic level of the hotel.

The room we had was a free upgrade from a room without any windows (2 windows giving to a shaft) . I believe it is necessary to specify in the room details that its window leads to a shaft so that people can know what to expect. This issue was however quickly resolved by the helpful staff. The room we ended up with had a little balcony and was very bright and lovely. The room service was good and deep cleaning (bathroom shower included) was done once in our 6 night stay which is not too bad. We needed a few amenities while staying in Luxir: we didn’t have a safe when we arrived and an iron. For both items we had to remind them 2 or 3 times before it was done. However, it’s alright as we understand the hotel seemed short staffed. The extra pillow that magically disappeared the third night and that i requested back never did show up :( What I liked the most about the place is the location and the fact that there is always something to do nearby. Plenty of good restaurants in the same street and a night walk is just too easy with Istiklal street steps away. Street noise was not a problem. Thank you Razane and everyone else for your help! ❤️

The breakfast could be better, however it’s perfectly okay for a quick bite before hitting the road. It would have been an easy 9 for me if the breakfast was a little more thought of.

The receptionist, Soleyman was very helpful. He fixed my shower head and more.

I enjoyed my stay in Luxor.

The hostel is distinguished for its great location in the middle of Taksim. The service is also excellent and the staff are friendly, without forgetting the rich and varied breakfast, as well as the attention to the addition and application of the healthy protocol.

I did not like the fact that some of the inmates of the inn near the inn near the entrance door were drinking

due to its location in Taksim there are many bars and clubs. the noise can be a bit loud early in the mornings. but this is expected due to the location.
