The perfect location! Less than 5 minutes walk to the Taksim Square . Breakfast excellent! They allowed me to take the coffee in my room and poured it into my mug, since they noticed I had finger surgery and I couldn't use my right hand properly. The cleaning lady changed my towels daily and cleaned only when I posted the sign in front of the door. The price for the washing clothes at the laundromat was extravagant,but I didn't use the service. I'm grateful to everyone at the reception desk, at the restaurant and the the cleaning on the 8th floor. I would return to this hotel if I ever visit Instanbul again.

First time to visit the hotel and it was amazing Mr.Murat from the reception managed to check-in at 10 AM instead of 2PM Mr.Omar the bell man welcomed us and helped with our luggage in both check-in & check-out Breakfast in the 9th floor was great and staff are welcoming Most important note is related to the house keeping, the room is cleaned daily towels are changed daily Location is great near the Havabus (almost 150 meters) The room size is fair enough for 4 persons Sure I do recommend the hotel and will visit again

1- check in :I book a suite as shown in the confirmation 2 adult and 1 child on the reception desk he want to charge me extra cost for the 2nd person ( my wife) with no right. after 45 Min with try to contact booking the problem solved with condition to do a good rate for the hotel on booking asking for manger not available 2- water, tea, and coffee are free for 1 time only 3-room full with bugs and fly during winter 4-breakfast so basic and no options 5-when you ask for something like hot water, kettle they refused yes i give them a good rate but this my comments

rooms were tired. not extremely clean. there was an old bandaid lying on the floor and toilet didn’t look extremely clean. breakfast options for vegetarians was limited.

I had a good experience with Feronya Hotel, the room is clean, Zeynep, Murat, Omer avci, Cagle were very kind and helpful. Emplacement is perfect. I reccomand this hotel.

The first day the floor was not clean, but after they were cleaning well all the room. The breakfast was good but same variety everyday.

Really it is not the first time for me to book @ Feronya Hotel, I am booking with them since 2016. They are the same Level, The same politeness, even the same staff!! Very happy to review them this year 2021. They deserve it 10/10. Finally a special greeting to Mr. Murat Uyanil and all his assistances!!

I enjoyed my stay at Feryona hotel a lot. I stayed in Feryona hotel from the 11th of Oct till the 16th of Oct 2022, the hotel location is perfect, it is near the bus, the metro, the tramway & the funicular, it is also few min walk to Taksim square which is a superb location. All the reception staff were very friendly, helpful & welcoming. the bathroom contains a bidet ( which is an asset to Arabs ). the breakfast was nice ( not poor as other reviews claimed ) it just lacks few dessert items.

the only drawback was the small room & bathroom size for a quadruple room & the air condition is manipulated by the hotel either on or off , not by guests and the night rate is over-rated in my point of view, it was 130 USD per night ( which could be spent for a luxurious hotel ).

1. Due to the staggering increase in taxi fares, the hotel's proximity to İstiklal Cultural Street is a great advantage. It is really wonderful that you can easily reach İstiklal Street, Gezi Park, Taksim Square on foot. 2. The behavior of the hotel staff (reception, restaurant, etc.) is very very excellent.

1. Unfortunately, the internet speed is low and sometimes it is completely cut off. I have been to this hotel three times before. Each time more than ten days. I did not have such a problem last time. 2. the lighting in the rooms is inadequate and it is better for them to think about this problem as well. 3. As for breakfast, I think it is better to have a daily variety.

The location is perfect, the desk staff are very helpful especially the afternoon shift I forgot his name who upgraded my room to better one as the 1st one I got is a pit small and noisy, special thanks also to Mr. Abd alkareem, Murad and Omar, Abdulkareem is a decent and helpful he assist me to get a Taxi to Airport The hotel provides a luggage scale at reception

The beds are all combined single beds. The cleaners didn't change the beddings she said they are changing it every 3 days which is long time. They give welcoming 2 water bottles upon checking and no any refill for the rest days you need to buy it
