The view from the window - ruins and unfinished constructions. Breakfast was boring. All food was medium quality and taste, and that was the biggest disappointment. The breakfast room was too crowded. Coffee was very bad.

Location, very close to Taksim Square around 2 minutes walk and 5 minutes to Istiqlal, supermarket and pharmacy near to hotel, breakfast is great and bed is comfortable. Staff are very friendly and wifi is good . Heater in the room is very nice. I would like to thank Mr. Tangsu and Mrs. Nilay, they are very professional and solved any problem we faced. The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to TAXIM and not noisy. The staff was helpful, professional and very kind. A few things that bothered us - 1 - The entrance to the bathroom is uncomfortable and unsafe. You really have to climb to get into the bath. Very uncomfortable and difficult. Not suitable for older people! There should be at least a step that will help. 2 - We asked for a non-smoking room and we did get one, but for some reason there was always a smell of smoke, probably from the next room. It disturbed the hours we were in the room (most of the day we were outside). 3 - The maintenance level of the bathroom was poor. There was rust, and in some places the bathtub is peeling. In my opinion, this room should be renovated, and if at all, then it is recommended to have a shower and not a bath. On the other hand - the cost of the hotel was not high. If we were looking for a 5 star deluxe hotel, we would go to another hotel and pay double, so in terms of cost benefit this hotel was very good.

I arrived to titanic taksim and i had trouble with my room, the staff went out of there way to help and they did breakfast was ok - nothing special - room was nice - location is Fantastic i made the mistake of wiping my makeup on the towels and they contacted me and asked very nicely to stop doing that because they cannot take it off in the laundry - i am so so sorry for that! i wont do that again in a hotel lol the staff is wonderful! especially beautiful mariam from the reception i would reccomend this hotel - Daniel from israel

- Good location for business and tourist. Taksim bus depot is last bus stop from Istanbul airport. (Only 50min ~1.0 hr) You can easily buy ticket and reach here. Hotel is close to Taksim bus depot (Only 5 min). - Professional staff. You can ask any, they will help and support directly. Kind enough. (Especially, transportation support ; taxi fee or attraction location and estimated cost etc) - Good attractions Taksim square is only 1 min and Grand Bazarr is 15~20min by taxi, Bosphorus tour is available near Grand bazaar. - Competitive price for stay

Didn't have their breakfast. The location was very central to explore around us on foot. Very clean and efficient service.

Front desk staff to wear a smile...Also not to be upset if the hotel is not asked to arrange transfers, tours etc. Otherwise all was good.

Titanic has always been my home in Istanbul, you can never go wrong with the price and location. Hotel is very well maintained, clean and quiet. Got a room with balcony to enjoy the view and the cool breeze. Location is perfect with sim card availability, small groceries, tea stalls and very nice restaurants around. Hotel has three lifts so guests don't have to wait for long. Looking forward to my next trip to Istanbul to stay at Titanic City once again.

Since the hotel opened it's doors in 1998, I think this hotel has reached a point where it does not need improve anything further, they just have to maintain the standard and keep going.

the location is good . u can reach to isteklal street very easy .

hopefully for titanic group which they are big group. to change some bad mentality. specially the old guy in the night sheft .. he charge me 120 euro extra coz i was with my guest. and no reason for that and start to shout. the room was in my name and i payed all it was only matter of one second to add name of guest in booking reservation.. unfortunately old guy and hungry .. but honestly the day staff were friendly and very nice and helpful..

The staff were professional, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

1. There was a smell of sewage in the shower 2. the water flow was weak 3.the kettle was cleaned with a very poisonous detergent, i had to clean it many times to get rid of it. It was impossible to drink hot beverages because of it.
