This property is in a great location 5-15 minutes walk to all the main attractions. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the toiletries are of a very good standard. Great variety at breakfast every morning with lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and beautiful coffee. Staff are exceptional…every one has a smile for you and all are too willing to help with any query you may have. I felt it was a very nice touch each morning seeing the GM take time to talk to his guests. Beautiful views from the rooftop where in the evening you can purchase a bottle of wine from the supermarket across the street, get glasses from the hotel staff, and enjoy the views across Istanbul. All in all, this hotel is very hard to fault… I highly recommend it!!!

The location was superb as a first time tourist to Istanbul, with lots of major sites in close proximity, walking distance. The hotel staff were lovely and couldn’t have done any more to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooftop view was great, it was just sometimes a bit too hot! The weather was unusually hot for this time of year and clearly no fault of the hotel! We had the garden room which meant the room led to a lovely little courtyard.

Nothing really, the continental breakfast was great, just some things were not to my taste but everyone else enjoyed it thoroughly - I need to be a little more adventurous perhaps!

Most amazing spacious clean rooms. I booked the garden room. It was very spacious with a fountain view. It felt like luxury with huge bathroom. It was me and my daughter traveling solo and felt so safe living there by myself. Sema the manager was just amazing and helped me out of her way. She became my sister from another country. I can’t believe anyone would go that much out of their way for just a guest visiting for 5 days. Mehmet the GM of this hotel was very cheerful and the best hold ever. They actually became my family for good 6 days. I would leave my daughter in her room or in the lobby and knew someone will be baby sitting her. She doesn’t need baby sitting cuz she is 10. But again someone is watching over your child and providing food for her when you are exploring the city what’s better than that. I can’t recommend this place enough. Best place to stay in Sultan Ahmet Istanbul. How can I forget about the breakfast buffet. It was the most extravagant buffet ever. Like everything about this hotel was top notch. Can’t wait to visit again soon InshaAllah

Very nice, modern little hotel with an amazing view, wonderful staff. On a very busy street in the Sultanahmet but the soundproofing is exceptional and we didn't hear any noise at all. View from our room of the river was so nice. Breakfast on the terrace, great. All of the staff, from the managers to the breakfast staff, was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. It really seemed they wanted to talk to us about our stay and Istanbul.

The room is very, very compact [but had a wonderful view and was designed very well with shelves to help keep organized. It also shared a little hidden rooftop area with just one other room with seating and it was so cool and private.] If you stay in the B area you will have to walk up a flight of stairs, they helped with suitcases though.

Very very welcoming, helpful and generous staff. Room was lovely and modern especially the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone. Located in the best location for first time visitors to Istanbul. Roof terrace has an incredible view of the Hagia Sofia (and you can also see the Blue Mosque, the sea and even Camlica Mosque in the distance).They offer an airport pickup if that's something you want but the metro is 10x cheaper and takes around the same time. They provided free bottled water daily in the room.

Only shame was that breakfast isn't on the terrace except in peak summer, which was disappointing but made sense because it was very cold. Terrace was still open to enjoy 24 hours.

Fabulous hotel and wonderful staff who made us feel welcome, valued and supported throughout our stay. It was lovely being surrounded by people who we knew would help us if we needed it. To be fair we did not have to ask for help BUT had confidence whilst in Istanbul because we knew there would be help if it was needed. The breakfast was great, the view from the roof was outstanding, and the location could not have been better. It took us just 5 minutes to walk to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque area and went there just after sunrise most mornings before breakfast. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough!

We were at the front of the hotel and it was a little noisy at night - every night seemed to be a party night! This did not disturb our sleep at all and actually we liked hearing happy people but if a bad sleeper it may be worth asking to be in a different part of the hotel.

The hotel is spotless, in an amazing location and with super attentive staff (big shout out to Ali who was so welcoming and wonderful for our full stay). Breakfast was so fresh and served on the terrace with the most incredible views! It must have been one of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. I definitely recommend getting a bottle of wine and sitting up there of an evening - unbeatable location and view across the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Arasta Bazaar is just around the corner as well with far better prices (and way less crowds!) than the Grand Bazaar.

In a region which has pretty good breakfasts, I thought this breakfast was exceptional. An excellent buffet and, in good weather it is possible to eat on the delightful roof terrace. And I really liked the manager and his staff. They couldn't do enough for you. So warm and friendly, and I noticed how they treated everybodty in this way. I was very pleased with the TV in my room- an extremely good selection of channels available. The location is extremely convenient too - the hotel is within easy walking distance of all the main historic sights.

There was nothing I disliked. The street can be noisy, but the windows are well soundproofed, so noises from the street didn't bother me.

The location was ideal to see all the amazing sights of Istanbul. The hospitality was exceptional and we were so comfortable - thank you Ali and staff for making us feel so welcome,
