for this price it was great first, the room was fantastic. maybe not big, but the size was enough and the window panorama was beautiful and great natural light. Location is great and close to plenty of restaurants and bazars. the staff are really decent and friendly.

my only issue was the breakfast. I imagine they can introduce some fresh juices and add some variety to the food (for example cheese omelet or sausages). Pancakes are there but with restrictions (we were 3 at the table and he got 2 pancakes!). 2nd issue most of the rooms are tiny except for a few rooms but again for the price range it is suitable

Location was great is it was off the busy street and therefore very quiet both during the day and night. The breakfast was very good at the rooftop terrasse with a fantastic view. The staff was utmost helpful including arranging a private boat trip on the Bosphorus as well as transfer to/from the airport.

Upon arrival the staff tried to sell us generic tourist events (cruises with show, walking tours etc.), however, as we came prepared and didn't need this. It would have been good if they asked to our need before trying to sell us things that we didn't need.

Very freindly and helpful staff from the beginning, especially the genteman named mehmet - made our stay even more welcoming. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is very close to popular landmarks without it being too busy as it tucked nicely around the corner. Beautiful roof terrace where we can enjoy the views during breakfast

Rooms slightly smaller than expected however still very practical

The hotel is located in one of the best places of Istanbul, just a 5min walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Cistern. The staff is just AMAZING, very friendly and looking forward to help in whatever is needed. They made the difference!!! Breakfast is also one of the top experiences we had in Istanbul, with great service and stunning view. The hotel was so good that we had a 21 hours layover on our way back and we decided to go back to the hotel. They allowed us to leave few things we bought at the hotel while we were traveling to other places. They also allow us do an early check in for our 21 hours layover. We also recommend getting dinner at the hotel terrace. The food is very good, we had the seafood plate and the chicken with eggplant.

Nothing! Everything was just amazing

Our stay at Tria Hotel was an absolute delight, from the first moment to the last. The location was ideal, and the interior design was both stunning and inviting, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. Dining with a mesmerizing sea view made every meal a treat. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to every member of the staff. The reception team was exceptionally welcoming, caring, and helpful, and the cleaning ladies were truly charming. A special shoutout goes to Berat for adding that extra touch of magic to our breakfasts, making them truly unforgettable! We felt truly valued during our stay, and we can’t express our appreciation enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything was perfect, we came for our 1st wedding anniversary and the bed was covered in flowers and we were greeted with a basket of fresh fruits. We love our stay, from the design of the room to the location. The staff was very helpful, we were very well cared for. No noise whatsoever from the street. Very good location, easily accessible to Hagia Sofia and The Blue Mosque. Please keep up the good work and the quality of service. Breakfast was table service on the terrace, with a view on the marmara sea and a bit of the blue Mosque. It was a typical turkish breakfast which we very much enjoyed.

The light was very dim, we would have liked to have more light in the room. Its not a double bed, its 2 single beds so it was difficult to sleep at times

I have a problem usually with Fatih hotels because they tend to oldish, not so clean, and the management a bit unprofessional as per my experience of visiting Istanbul since 10 years BUT this hotel truly amazed me: • A true management that can make creative solutions to any problem. I had a booking issue with booking.com versus the room availability and they went and beyond to make me feel comfortable and had arranged for me another top class hotel to stay at until they had a room available. Mr. Serdar is a true manager. • Cleanliness, the rooms are impeccable! I am a clean freak so me saying this means the hotel is extremely clean. towels, bed sheets, floor, mirrors, all are clean. Bathroom also. • Breakfast is yummy and fresh. I had one item that I was craving which wasn’t available, they made sure to make it for me. • I was sick and they asked if I need anything but also made me tea, lemon and mint drinks constantly so I feel better! this is a family vibe hotel • Location is excellent for persons interested in being around Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, etc.. Thanks to every single person in the hotel from the receptionists to breakfast team to the helpers with the bags to everyone. Especially thanks to Mr. Serdar & Mr. Midhat

vera cozy little hotel with a very good location (5 min walking to Hagia Sofia). You re greeted with a very nice jasmin smell at the lobby and well decorated rooms. The terrace is a nice place for taking your meals and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice place to stay in the center of Istanbul.

Lots to love... Clean rooms and hotel in general, nice interior style, very good breakfast spread that was variable each morning and with a nice view that made breakfast a pleasure. The staff were very friendly, spoke great English, and helped answer queries and arranged bookings for tours very easily. We had dinner at the hotel terrace restaurant one night and had competitive prices considering current inflated prices, and the menu options were vast and tasty!

The bedrooms facing the outer street on the ground floor lacked privacy and it was difficult to open windows due to smokers outside. The rooms need more clothes hangers in the wardrobes especially if travelling as a couple.

The breakfast was great but it lacked a bit of diversity (each day we had the same - not bad but not great). The room looked great and was very clean. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking distance from Hagia Sophia and 7 minutes from the nearest tram station (T1). Also near the hotel are a few restaurants with good food, some are even opened until 1:00AM.

The cleaning staff were very loud every morning (from 8:30-9:00) and in the first day they even opened our door to clean while we were still sleeping :(
