Thank you for wonderful Xmas weekend in Istanbul. The hotel location is amazing: 5 min from main mosques, 200m from wall of Topkapi palace, very scenic and calm neiborhood, nothing crumpy around. Design of hotel is cosy and ellegant, nice colors, wooden floors, warm rooms and hot shower. Rooms on upper floors have scenic view on Bosphorus and red roofs. Terrace for breakfast has no panoramic view, but located in pleasant garden. Breakfast is ok. Nice, helpful and hispitable people work in this hotel.

It would be great to offer something hot for breakfast except of drinks. The fasade on hotel photos looks lonely. In reality it hugs new beautiful bildings. So it not so easy to find and recognize the place.

I liked the spacious room that was perfect for a family with two small children. I like the hotel staff. The bathroom was clean. Location was walking distance to the sea.

Construction workers right outside our windows and garden door entry. They were building a breakfast area -- meaning the family room will be a noisy room next to the outdoor garden area that will serve the entire hotel's guests. Not ideal if you want some quiet and privacy (re: windows and the door that overlooks the garden). I didn't like a lack of an elevator to the lower floor, which was cumbersome with luggage, a stroller, and two toddlers. I didn't love the breakfast. The servers were kind and hospitable, but the quality of the breakfast itself was pretty low. Nothing wow or special. Also the door that led to the garden let in A LOT of light and our toddlers woke up super early because of that. It needs a curtain!

I had an exceptional experience at [Sublime Porte], thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the Emrah and Berkay were amazing throughout the stay. Also their cute, friendly cats! From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making my experience special. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations, accommodating my requests promptly, or simply greeting me with a warm smile, their attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!"

Everything about the hotel and room was exactly what I was looking for: a great area close to some of the most important sites, close to transportation, friendly and helpful staff and an amazing balcony (room 8) with a view of the water. The breakfast buffet in the garden was delicious. It felt more like staying in a home, as the owners, Berkay and his business partner, are the ones there to greet everyone. They make everyone feel comfortable, are quick to respond and give advice. I would love to come back!

The Sublime Porte Hotel was in a perfect location, of which you were very quickly in the centre. Even so, the hotel was great and the staff very friendly. When I will come to visit Istanbul again, the Sublime Porte Hotel will be my home

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, but in a quiet street so really peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfy and it has a nice outdoor space on the ground floor that you can sit out in. The staff were super nice and really helpful with places to go and how to get to them. Could not fault the service. Lovely team. Also a little cat/kitten family around which will all loved. Ok breakfast. Turkish style but we all had enough of something we liked. We just lived being so close to all the major sites and the metro. Perfect. Thank you

The lighting in the bathroom and room is really low key. Hard to put make up on - a small thing.

The staff were very helpful. Berkay helped me to check in early as we had been travelling for a day. He got the room cleaned early and organised our airport transfer seamlessly. Emre was very knowledgeable about the area, he pointed me towards a good, local barber. He also suggested a delicious restaurant and told us about all the sights we could go and see, everything was within a 5-8 minute walk, the location was exceptional. He also helped to organise a transfer to the airport at 3.30am, which was on time and was a reasonable cost. Aren helped us with our luggage and made sure everything was squared away for our journey. The staff at this place are exceptional. Truly a great stay and will definitely book here again next time i am in Istanbul.

This is the best place i have ever stayed at in istanbul ive been in istanbul before but not in this area or in such amazing hotel the location is great you are in center of everything you want to see close to tram station i walked to ayasophia only 5 mins. The scenery sea view makes it even more magical And THE STAFF they are not just staff i can say they are friends. Very friendly and polite very helpful. On the day of check out My flight was at night they kept my luggage with them so i can use the day for myself and comeback to it. Also they can give great advices about beautiful places to visit and most importantly they are good with english. The place is very clean which is the most important thing for me. They have breakfast in a garden which was sweet and delicious. You dont need to worry about anything they got solutions for everything. I wish you best of luck guys and definitely ill be visiting again

Definitely to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed, it was like a dream. They planned and take care of all the things that I need, from the VIP transfer at the airport, to the cruise and the Turkish hamam which by the way I really recommend ;). I want to mention the managers Mr. Berkay and Mr. Emrah they do everything for this hotel and it’s understandable since my staying was besides perfect. Everyday day they are there to solve and help every problem and question that you have. Rooms was big and clean, they cleaned everyday which is good, breakfast, Turkish breakfast, plenty of things in the table and the kindness of their cleaning lady Mrs. Gülşen is very warming. I fall in love with this hotel and will come back soon for sure.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the touristic attractions in the neighbourhood, since everything was within walking distance. The provided breakfast was delicious 😋. Last but not least, the staff was extremely welcoming and kind; whenever we had any kind of questions they gave us all the needed information and made the best recommendations regarding places and restaurants☺️. (not to mention that they even contacted me beforehand to offer transportation from the airport, which not many hotels do)
