fabulous staff room was great nice area closed to restaurants and shops

a bit far away from attractions but not far from metro - we are just not used to using public transport so spent a lot on taxis

I am really fascinated with the place which is outstanding in everything. The most lovely thing is the staff there. They are extremely helpful especially Mr. Samy the receptionist, he is extraordinary person. Ms israa the restaurant manager is fantastic women. She is always flying to help all people like a wonderful butterfly, I am really appreciating all their efforts. These two persons are the most important reason to chose Troya hotel as my home in Istanbul. One notice to be mentioned is the maintenance at the property which became less in quality compared to my last stay two months ago.

Maintenance need more attention

A closer focus on property maintenance needs to be generated. Maintenance becomes a pit annoying compared to its previous perfect standards which I experienced during all my previous stays at Troya over last 4 years.

When we arrived to the room we saw that it's a little bit small,we were 3 girls with a lot of staff, when we go the the desk resapsion we ask if we can have a bigger room,and they caindly answer that in 2 days there will be a room,and they change it for us...they always want to help and quide us how to go,they order taxi for us with a price from start so they wont charge us a lot only because we are tourist, the breakfast was very good with a lot of oppions, very clean and all the stuff is very nice.

The breakfast offered a decent selection, and I would rate it 8 out of 10 for its enjoyable options.

I liked this hotel a lot, very good location few meters aways from Istiklal street and few bars and cafes are located very close by. All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the two reception staff. I highly recommend this hotel as i will definitely book again soon.

Nothing major.. just the breakfast would like to see more varieties. But other than that its a gr8 hotel.

Location of the hotel was great . Room service and courteous behavior of the staff were beyond my expectation. Breakfast was so good. In conclusion , We enjoyed of our stay in Troya hotel and it became memorial for us .

The perfect location. If you wanted you could walk to all the main attractions but it's also perfectly located for transport, restaurants and shopping. It's just seconds from the busy night life but quietly tucked away. The staff were also very helpful and courteous.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Do not visit Instampul Friday and Saturday.These two days the hotel was full and we can not sleep from the noise. The Hotel is near Taxim square and there are three parking oposite of the hotel.The staff was friedly and the breakfast good.

Just a 2 min walk and youll find yourself in the middle of istiklal street. Though there are clubs nearby the sound is not loud at night. Hotel provides filtered water at request. Staff is helpful.

Not much to dislike at the price we paid for the room!
