The location is amazing, it is directly on Istiklal Street, there is a bus station 5 minutes away, and Taksim Square is an 8-minute walk (thru Istiklal Street) where a metro and bus station are located. Most of the clothing brands are very near and so many attractions. The staff are so kind and friendly, they did everything possible to keep us relaxed. The view from our room was great. showing Istiklal Street from a nice perspective. We enjoyed the view.

The only comment I have is that breakfast needs more varieties and improvements. In addition to the timing, breakfast starts at 8:30, I think it is better to be starting earlier so people can start their day earlier.

The hotel was in the best location (this is my second time in Turkey) and it was wonderful. Stayed with my husband and girls, we had the suite with 2 rooms. We searched for a room to accommodate 6 people and this was the best deal. Staff was great. They were available for anything we needed and delivered promptly. One staff members even took us all the way to a place we didn't know how to get to. They cleaned when we asked them.

One of the two rooms in the 2-room suite did not have a window. Also, there was no balcony, but the window was big, so I was able to smoke occasionally with their permission. The bathroom vanities need to be replaced, but I knew that I was going cheap because I wanted a good deal. I would stay here again.

Everything was awesome. This hotel is a diamond in Istanbul and specially in the Taskim area. You will have access to shopping centers, restaurants, local places etc. you also will have easy access to public transports (Bus, Metro etc.) to visit other places. There are a lot of shopping centers, restaurants, local stores there. Stuff are really helpful and always willing to help everyone. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing staff. Always available. Kind people with smiling face All the time. Location is the best in Istanbul in the middle of the biggest shopping street istiklal street. If you hate noise after midnight don't book there, the street is alive until nearly 3 am. The breakfast is basic but so nice, terrace area of breakfast was cozy. Staff arranged my transportation from and to airport with good price. I highly recommend to everyone 🥰🥰

The hotel was very nice. The suite we booked was very nice and very clean. All the people working in the hotel were very nice. Mr. Isha is a very nice man. There is another person working with isha . He is also a very nice person. We went to Istanbul, Turkey with our whole family holidays for ten days. The hotel is in Golden Street Main Bazaar and the breakfast at the hotel was also very fresh and good. My family and I enjoyed it very much. We did not have any problem in this hotel. Perfect short stay. 1st time stay in Taksim with family. Very helpful friendly hotel staff come to pickup suitcases and drop off to taxi on check out. Mr Isa very helpful man and all staff pleasant. Small terrace

Noise wasn't that bad 3am and window closed we got good sleep compared to other unfair harsh reviews. We managed to sleep well.

Location was perfect. Very central with a great view of the main shopping street. I walked in either direction to go north via Taksim metro station, or south on foot to old city, or by ferry to Asian side. I got a room at a high floor. Slightly noisy from the crowd below but the thick curtains helped so I didn't mind at all. I found anything I needed surrounding the hotel.. I felt very secure and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Crowded area, but if it's your cup of tea, it's not a negative at all. Solo travelers like myself will find this to your benefit.

I liked the staff, they were so friendly and helpful, especially Issa and sarah ones of the staff there. The location was brilliant, just in the middle of taskim.

The beds are not comfortable at all and the room have no window also, No cleaning service for 3 days i think you have to ask them to clean the room if you dont ask nobody will clean it, Its extremely hard to find the hotel at first its in the heart of taksim street near flormar shop there is a small door next to flormar.

Stay at this hotel really comfortable and expect what I request and also the staff extremely expert and helpful I mean all of them and also Mr. Issaa who was responsible there he provided all service we requested and made everything ready and comfortable for us, I would like to thank all of them

The hotel's entrance is relatively small. However, based on the facilities in the rooms and their services, this is not a major issue.
