The location is just perfect, right next to Taksim square, where are all the stores and restaurants. The stuff was really friendly and helpful, always available to answer all of our inquiries. The view from the terrace where we had breakfast was amazing. We had a deluxe double room with a golden horn view and the view from there was definitely good as well, especially that we had a higher floor. The room size was good as well.

The carpet and floor in the room had stains and seemed like it wasn't clean enough. However, the hotel is old and I guess that's the reason for that, since everything else was well maintained.

Location is excellent, room was fine, breakfast was fair. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant was very kind and efficient.

First and foremost, the location is ideal relative to all shopping and dining in the “New Town”/ Beyoğlu, as well as catching taxis to other locations. The hotel is modern, fresh/ clean and well maintained; simply pleasant to stay at. Staff are attentive, helpful, friendly. We stayed for 8 nights and felt if not at home, but in a safe, modern and well attended environment!

Rooms are small (pay attention to square footage), but that’s just part of being in an ancient town. The breakfast is the same day after days… - but we didn’t travel there for breakfast novelties either! As foreign visitors, we should be the ones learning the language. Be patient and double check that your requests are truly understood/ processed before assuming it will go your way…

We are staying at apartment which is very clear and modern with full facilities. And location is quite good to reach to main street of Taksim. And Thai restaurants in very next to hotel.

Restaurant for breakfast has great view from rooftop on 7th floor. But safety regulation against COVID-19 was not kept by hotel. All guest should touch tongs to have food on their plate. And No hotel official has banned smoking in restaurants in front of young children. I do not recommend this hotel to whom are sensitive to Covid-19 matter due to their children. And also hot water supply system is frequently out of order. It needs to be fixed.

Fantastic location, clean facilities, very polite, helpful and professional staff. Rooms have good standard and if you pay like 85-95 EUR per night you get lots of value for your money. The top floor restaurant had very good food and a very nice view.

Breakfast was Ok but not spectacular. We had a room towards a street with lots of traffic during nighttime. Could therefore be a bit noisy for some.

We had a few issues but the staff were very friendly and one of the members of the staff named Ramazan really helped us during our stay and made sure all the issues are resolved. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Location was very convenient. Easy access to Taxi, main road and Istiklal street. The view from the room was perfect. We had a great view of the Golden Horn. Wifi coverage and speed is good.

Breakfast is very boring same stuff everyday with very limited options. Please note there are no live cooking stations for your eggs. The only good thing about the breakfast were the view from the restaurant. The rooms were not very clean and we found stains on bed sheets as well.

The location was really nice and near to Taksim square. The breakfast was usual and nothing more to explore. Room was nice but the Shower was close to the wall and taking shower wasn't easy.

Behind the hotel there is a bar and its sound is too loud and annoying, you can not keep the window open too much. and it is open till 3 o'clock in the morning.

Everything is good. The staff was kind and friendly. Very good place. Safety. 2 min to Istiklal street.

I booked a hotel bcs of the pool, but in Corona time the pool was closed :(

The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful and made you feel important. The accommodation was well spacious and comfortable. Definitely would stay again if I take a another visit to Istanbul

The breakfast was average due to it being an open buffet. Its not bad, but as a tourist, we prefered to eat out for breakfast.
