i loved everything! i was staying in a female 4-bed dorm, our dorm had its own shared bathroom with hot water (it worked really well). it was clean and very quiet in the room! the sleep is great there because the windows don’t overlook a busy street but at the same time the hostel’s location is really good, close to metro and city center 💫 win-win! but the terrace, oh, it is the most beautiful place for rest/work/having meals. Ali and Maya (the hosts) are such lovely people, Maya’s breakfasts are the best, it’s kind of a buffet, you have everything there: different cheeses, sausages, eggs (boiled and scrambled), fries, seasonal fruits (strawberries, apricots, watermelon, plums), veggies, coffee/tea/juices. also, Ali is so helpful. he really cares about people and jumps through the hoops to make their stay as comfortable as possible. i will recommend your hostel to everyone 🤍 great value for the money!!!

i always write honest reviews, but in this case, there is nothing I didn’t like. it was an enjoyable stay!

Firstly when I entered the hotel I felt like “nah it’s just very normal one”. But then when I went up to the terrace, I was like “oh wow it’s super nice”. Breakfast was super good. I really like the varieties and the view, the atmosphere. The owner was super attentive, welcoming, hospitable, funny, chill, anyway, many many things you can find on him. The room is clean and tidy. I will come back to stay again.

Very comfortable beds, i didn’t hear any noisy sounds or any body, Very very clean and the sheets and the towels smells so fine, The path room was so clean and nice and good size, Location was good close to the metro staion and the tramway and to the laleli markets, The stuff was very kind and helpful, The prices is very good.

The reception wasn't always available on the desk, No elevator in the hotel,

A great hostel with an amazing host, Ali. He makes every guest feel special and welcome. The location is perfect: a walking distance from Hagia Sofia, Suleimaniye Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and Galata Bridge, a couple of minutes' walk from the tram and metro stops, with a few lovely cheap restaurants just around the corner. The breakfast is so sumptuous that I could never eat it all, so I would bring the leftovers with me as packed lunch! Scrambled eggs, french fries or sausage, cheese, yogurt, olives, muesli, cake, halva... And the best part is that was included in the price! The bathroom was lovely, with proper hot water and strong pressure. The room was very warm, though outside it was below freezing temperature. The breakfast terrace with 24/7 tea and coffee (and lots of sockets!) is a great place to work, chat, and relax. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.

The only thing missing is an individual reading light next to the bed.

Very comfortable and clean hostel. The dorm room has 4 beds with a very comfortable mattress and clean linen and a private bathroom with good shower pressure. It's in a safe and quiet location with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around. The owner of the hostel speaks good English and is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of variation: bread, omelette, fruit, cakes, Turkish delight, cheese, cheesy spring rolls etc. Coffee (cappucino, latte macchiato etc.), tea and water are always free to drink. I can definitely recommend this hostel!

Great location. Close to tramway and metro. Very nice small hotel. Very kind owner. Very helpful. Helps with all questions you ask. Helps to carry the luggage up and down. The only problem here- no elevator. For me was hard to go up and down by the stairs. I asked the room on a first floor and I got it! Thank you to Veysel to make our vacation enjoyable. We filled like home. Will be back for sure.

The only problem for me was elevator. 5 floors and it’s hard to go up and down by the stairs. But good for health!😂

Location was very good, close to the Tram line 1 and you can reach the Graand Bazaar in 10min on foot. There are some restaurants around the hotel too. The room was very good, AC, smart TV, mini-fridge, strong hairdryer, good shower and wardrobe. We were very happy with the bedroom arrangement. It is small but it has everything that you need and good storage space. The breakfast was very good too. Eggs, cheese, bread, tomato, olives, fruits & sweets stuff.

The room is not soundproof. You could hear the people walking up and down the stairs. Some people were really noise and it can disturb the sleep. Luckily, it didn't happen all night. It would be good to have some plugs beside the bed.

Ali was so friendly and helpful in getting us into the city. He was responsive over WhatsApp and a great guy overall. The rooms were clean and breakfast was hot and plentiful. There is always coffee and tea available and they gave us a big bottle of water at check in. Toiletries were available and was everything we needed for our stay. We didn't end up needing it but you can leave your luggage at the hotel when you check out. It was €35 for our airport shuttle in and €25 for an airport taxi leaving, both organized by Ali. The area was pretty lively and felt very safe, it was not hard to navigate the area or find the hotel. Roughly 11 min walk to the Grand Bazaar and 20 min to Hagia Sofia area.

Everything was great. There are a number of stairs going to the terrace for breakfast or if your room is on a higher floor but should be manageable for most!

1. Distance from all the attractions: by walk you can cover everything from there. 2. Although the room size was small, but good enough for it's price. 3. They serve really good breakfast at the roof top, which has lot of variety for the vegetarians. 4. Ali was very helpful throughput, helped in transportation etc. He even had given us a clean room, to freshen up well past our checkout team before we left for the airport.

it's very much in the market, so little bit noisy in the night, but that is expected if you want to be within 10 mins of all the attractions.

Breakfast is good enough, fruits, break, cheese, tea, juices, and different cakes. There is 3 floors to get to the room, but if there is someone at the reception, they come to help straight away. They didn't see me when I left but they were ready to help with my luggage ! Thank you for everything, and the team is really generous with everything! Honestly it's a good gest house even if the room is small. But if you're lucky and share the room with nice girls (as I had), it's good ! If you travel in décembre, don't worry the room is warm too thanks to the heat on.
