The hotel is located in central to Istanbul's old city, so every market is within walking distance. The room and other facilities were very stylish, it has a free pool and sauna. The hotel management was very professional and friendly. The hotel also gives free breakfast and dinner and both were delicious.

The management should pay more attention to the cleaning and maintenance staff. The trash bin in the bathroom in my room was not emptied and my parents' room had stained bed sheets and their heating wasn't working. However, the hotel's management immediately sent somebody to fix those problems. Also, most of the service staff (cleaning, maintenance, etc.) didn't speak English so communication was hard. Also the rooms we stayed in didn't have any windows that look outside of the hotel (one room with window to the hall and another one to a brick wall since it was in te basement)

I recommend this hotel for families with kids. in the neighbourhood there are two playgrounds, we also spent nice time in the swimming pool. Breakfast and Dinner were included in the price, that made it easier to start and finish the day with kids. there is also clowns that comes to entertain the kids and give them balloons. Huda and Murat, the Guests relations who we met at the restaurant were very friendly and they worked hard to make us feel comfortable. Staff were very friendly. rooms were clean. I will visit this hotel again.

The biggest asset of this hotel is its staff. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Staff speaks English and Arabic. Ms Huda is being really helpful and communicates well. Location is also very nice, on broad road where Taxis / Cabs can be parked and easily without disruptions to traffic. Underground metro is just beside the hotel

Property is old and could be maintained better

The location was perfect (an easy 25 minute walk to the shopping, museum and sites) . Unfortunately the pool on the roof wasn’t in use due to the weather otherwise the inside pool was good enough .

The fact that our room had no windows (this was an oversight on my part) our bathroom had a leek which they attended to right away (but that’s all I didn’t like about our room). Otherwise the property is ok and I would recommend it.

the hot tub in our room and location was ideal, so close to many things

you can hear the other rooms too clearly, there was like a joining door to the next room and we could hear everything. also there was always a drain smell at reception

We were given standard room instead of the family suite we booked but this was resolved the next day but meant we had to unpack and repack Bath in the room given originally was not draining properly Music and Noise from next door hotel may be uncomfortable for some

This hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was just amazing, the rooms are beautiful and kept so clean, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful too. The roof pool was gorgeous with great music plenty of quality sun loungers, the indoor pool had also a sauna and steam room and the next showers press a button in the shower and you are in a storm was obsessed with that 😂 Fantastic location. Metro Station opposite 8 minutes walk to tram line and the grand bazaar. Cannot wait to go back again 😊

There was nothing about our stay that we didn’t love.

Rooms are comfortable, bathroom good size, a bit old fashioned but it is of course in the old town so it is what you would expect.

The music played at the pool was a little bit too loud.

No facial tissues (Kleenex) in room and shower drain totally blocked.

Location of the hotel is very good, the staff is helpful and friendly, the room are spacieuce and quiet clean . The breakfast buffet is varied and delicieus. The check in didnt take so long and the chekout as well. The indoor pool is amazing, steam room and sauna are so relaxing.

I didnt like that they have rooms in the basement with no window, be aware before your reservation about the slient suite in the -2 floor, for me they was able to change it to a family suite in the 3rt floor. The dinner buffet is so so basic and its not worth paying extra to have it repetitive and untasty dishes.
