Location is very good, between Metro and Tram. Quiet area near university and restaurants. Staff try very hard to communicate in English using google translate. Staff very helpful even no smile on some faces. Shower temperature is very steady.

There is no hanger for towels in the room AT ALL! I got to put my wet towels in the sink or on the bed. Floor carpet in the room is dusty, bathroom is not clean, i can easily see yellow stain around sink area. Breakfast is a bit less, i expect more international breakfast. Room size is very small for 2 person, and place to open your luggage is on the bed.

After check-in and open the rooms door the smell of room was not good (like sewage drain from toilet). The rooms should be ventilated and using air fresheners

special thanks to baris and yacin (night shift reception). they are very helpful and decent. also, thanks to day shift reception but I don’t remember their names. the hotel provide the transportation to and from airport with reasonable price. actually I would like to stay in this hotel every time I come to Istanbul. 200 m to tramway Istanbul university station(T1 line).100 m to metro Vezneciler station (M2 line ).

Staff is incredible, million thanks! They allowed me to check-in earlier, and were very hospitable. Breakfast was delicious, room is clean and comfortable.

Pillow was not comfortable, needs to be softer. The hotel does not have an iron (it was needed for work clothes), I recommend them to purchase 1 iron at least.

Air conditionner is central so you cant choose an adequate temperature, on my stay the temparature was fixed at 19°c.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location. Good sized twin room.

Breakfast was limited. First double room far too small, staff were excellent in giving us a good sized twin room instead.

Barish at the reception was very good he speaks very good English and has high communication skills. Also yesen was very polite and helpful.

The breakfast should have more varieties.
