The hotel is in a typical building, located at the very heart of the old city. The staff is outstanding: friendly, helpful and striving to go the extra mile: definitively a 5-star service! Our room was also great: spacious, comfortable, clean and modernly equipped. Facilities were good (swimming pool, spa, and - for an extra fee - a very nice massage), only the fitness centre would definitively need a revamp!

The fitness centre would definitively need a revamp. If you like quiet nights, ask for a room facing the back / courtyard as the street in front of the hotel are busy with restaurants and nightlife.

The hotel is good for families. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great for the sights in the old town. The metro station is a minute away, tram about 5 minutes walk, Sulemaniye is 10 mins walk away, the grand bazaar about 20 minutes walk. Venturing out was very easy for the old town. The breakfast buffet had a large variety including an omelette station and a lady making fresh gozleme. Sercan and Mehmet helped us tremendously to navigate the city and arrange a taxi to the airport for reasonable local prices. The pool was good in the basement and free to use from midday to 6pm.

The basement pool is good but for someone from the UK it's difficult to get used to smokers in a not well ventilated space. But the kids loved the pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

1- bedsheets are supposed to be better ( short and narrow) 2-the AC is old and has issues 3- even the bath room sprayer got issues 4- cleaning staff start really early so you cant get enough sleep

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to metro and tram and an enjoyable 20 min walk from Hagia Sophia. Close to local shops, currency exchanges, restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, while the breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The only disappointment was that the roof bar was no open. It would have been a relaxing and cool place to have a drink of an evening with a view over the city.

Breakfast is regular. The location is great. The train station is 5min walk, and there's a good restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. The staff is nice. We were able to do late check-in and leave our bags after the check-out.

The bathroom is not that good. You can hear the room besides you. Also, there are building constructions near the hotel so you would wake up at 7 a.m. from the noise :( Something that happened to us: We came back late at night and we couldn't find my mother's ring and watch. We searched the whole room. We talked to the receptions and they told us they will contact the workers in the morning. Then, we found that the staff that cleaned our room moved the accessories to a hygiene box inside our bag. We didn't like how they moved our stuff! We could have left thinking that they stole it, or we could have thrown out the box without noticing that the accessories are there.

Good hotel i reserved for one night standart double room and they gived me a superior double room as an upgrade and they let me wait just 5 minute for the checkin but they was so sad for make me waiting i thank the gentleman who was in the reception he was so friendly and helpful even the bag boy he was so helpful ❤️❤️
