Friendly staff, good location and clean room

The coffee / tea / water initially provided in the room was not topped up after being used the first day

Breakfast - self service buffet, interesting selection of eggs, cheese, ham and salads. Nice tea and coffee. Location was good for the old town and very close to metro, tram, trains and ferries. Quietish side street. Bars, restaurants, cafes all close by. No problems with hot water or wifi

Breakfast was good concerning the price! It was easy to reach the hotel by metro and tram, the top main attractions were nearby and could be reached by foot. Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Ahmed at the reception were superb.

The room was in the basement and did not have any windows and no sunlight access to the room.

The staff was very friendly and nice with everyone who stays in the hotel. The room size was very perfect for us. Everyday the room is cleaned. The staff always asks if you need help, they recommend some programs and activities. Special Thanks to Saut who was very helpful and welcoming

The breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels i stayed in, i was wishing that there is a change in breakfast instead of the normal breakfast everyday. I didn't like that someone is always on our head when we are having breakfast. One of the staff always comes down with us when we go for breakfast i feel it was annoying that someone is like spying on us during breakfast.

It was an astonishing stay. I spent 8 days in this accomodation. The hotel it's in the city centre, five minutes walking from Gran Bazar and Sultanahmet square. There is also a metro stop (Sirkeci) near. Incredible typical turkish breakfast, the room and very clean and spacious and the hotel's workers gorgeous. 10 out 10 experience

Hotel was on very good location, mostly the places was on 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance! I stay there for 5 nights and i have no complain at all! Staff was super cool and helpful! Especialy Mr MashaAllah and Miss Gulshan! Thanks i will choose that hotel again if i ever go to Turkey again! 👌🏻

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and spacious. The location was wonderful, close walk to the main attractions and very close to tram connections, its also super close to some of the best food I've had in Turkiye.

The staff was very very helpful and welcomed and smiled to us at all time . The location was excellent close to tram , metro and ferry. There is sok for clothes and accessories , bedding everything was close to hotel . Hafez Mostafa was on the end of the street of hotel about 5 or 10 minutes.

Heating in the room is over till we felt hot and sweaty in that cold rainy weather. The bed not big it was 2 small beds closed beside to each other.

To put It briefly - not bad for this price. Typical Istanbul hotel.

Breakfast could be better. Tea is good, but coffee - is awful.

Staff were so polite and helpful. There were always making sure customer are happy. I would love to book again if i m planning to go to turkey best hotel so far
