The location of the hotel is wonderful 1min away from metro station.

Hotel is neat and clean and is near to all Istanbul tourist attractions. Staff specially Mr Ali and Mr Khalid are too much cooperative and quite friendly and they are Assets of the Hotel. Breakfast is very nice. All good Turkish food restaurants are near the property. Access to Hotel from airport by HAVABUS service to AKSARAY and Tramway for SIRKECI Station is near to Hotel.

The location is perfect and close to most places we needed to visit and close to many public transportation means. The staff was so friendly and helpful.. The room was neat and cleaned daily.. Lots of restaurants around as well as supermarket.. Nice breakfast .. Thanks to the nice staff.. Hope to see you next year God's will..

The bathroom was a little bit small .. The room TV only had Turkish channels..

The rooms are clean and cosy (cleaned every day), and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is varied. In the lobby, there's always tea and coffee. The location is the best, near to the main sights, we didn't need public transport, a lot of good and affordable local food restaurants around. The staff is so helpful and friendly, they gave us an umbrella when it was raining, found fast a parking slot when we arrived in front of the hotel and also because before our stay at the very last minute we extended for another night but the same room was not available, so they arranged for us to stay in the same room (so thankful about that). Recommend it and will stay here next time again.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Superb location and within minutes to Sirkeci & Marmaray stations. Spice bazaar is just 5 mins walk. Restaurants and cafes were aplenty at this location. A definite value for m9ney. My only unfavourable feedback would be the breakfast spread. Limited spread and the salad didn't look fresh. Of course I was making a comparison with Raymond Hotel within the vicinity. Otherwise I would rate this hotel 8/10 😊🤩☺️

The location was excellent. The staff was excellent. Although the room was basic, it was clean, tidy, and ensuite, with the location and excellent staff what more do you need. The staff on the front desk gave us a map and showed us a route to take to see the sites. The breakfast was perfect and we was also allowed free coffee all day and night. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Istanbul.

The location of the hotel is perfect because all the mean of transport is so near. The staff was excellent, very polite and helpfull. The breakfast was quite good. In general the room (bed sheets, towels etc ) was very clean. It is a very good choice for a 3-4 days staying.

The room needed a renovation because there were damages (on the walls, on the floor) from the turists. But this is a common problem in all the hotels in Istanbul. The price of the room per night would be better a little bit...

The room were cleaned every day. The hotel has very good localization. It is good place especially for the persons who want visiting city. In the whole hotel is very good wifi. I worked online there and I didn't have any problems with it. The plus of this hotel is very friendly and helpful staff too.

Perfect location, close to all attractions and close to the metro/tram stations. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Especially Ali helped me a lot when I was there. for instance, I needed to see doctor because of my ear infection, he arranged the appointment for me with the hospital etc. He is genuinely trying to help. If I go back to Istanbul I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This is an amazing place - honestly felt like home. I had booked two nights through booking.com but i booked four more directly with them. the location is ideal, close to most of the landmarks as well as the metro station. the staff was exceptional - made us feel at home. We were so touched by the hospitality of the staff that my husband left his favorite book at their coffee table :) the breakfast was phenomenal, loved it each day.

the room could be cleaner - the towels had stains on them and so did the bed covers. the washroom was also not thoroughly cleaned. room service can be improved.
