Excellent location for visiting the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Easy to walk to get ferry and taxis available nearby. Quaint but comfortable, good- sized room and big bathroom. Would recommend.

So far the best hotel ever stay in Istanbul during our visit in 7 times. Great and polite staff, we arrived at 9am from Antalya. The lady at the reception asked us to get the breakfast even we are not entitle for that day They allowed us for early check in, very good location just 5 minutes walk from Gulhane tram station. Many restaurant and shop nearby, marmara station to Yanikapi just infront the hotel. This hotel definitely our choice in the future, Highly RECOMMENDED

The personel was very nice and helpful, also with the parking. The location was great, close to everything, including the railway station. The fact that we had cleaning every day, changing toweld, water and coffee in the room for freeevery day.

The room was not clean, only on surface. Under beds was garbage, including underwear from previous guests. Some of the room facilities were rusty and broken, like the bathroom garbage bin, some furniture.

Easy to get around and near to metro if you are taking train to airport. Good location.

The water pressure is inconsistent and difficult to adjust the temperature with those old taps. Care should be taken by cleaner not to leave hairs around .. next to sink and on the bed. I think many will complain.

The staff were really kind, the room very comfortable and the breakfast, which was included in the price, had a very big variety of food to pick from. Also, the room had good insulation and was warm at night. The hotel is located in a very central area and just a five minute walk from Aghia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. There is also a metro station and a supermarket just outside the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Marmara Deluxe recently. The room is just nice for us, family of four. Very helpfull & friendly staff. Breakfast is great, we love the coffee machine. Comfortable bad & pillow. Location is very close to Sultanahmet area, metro station is just 1 minute walking distance. Eventhough it is located near to a main road, we didn't hear any noise from the road. Bonus point, the property now has elevator 😍 Definitely will choose this hotel whenever we come to Istanbul again.

- The location is amazing. - The lady at the reception is also very professional.

- The lady who clean the room did not clean it. She just fixed the sheet and put broken towels for two days. Then, I had to speak with the reception regarding this issue. They changed the towels the same day. However, she put another broken towel the next day. - My room was facing the street which was annoying because of the noise coming from outside restaurant until 2 or 3 in the morning. - They needs to work on the bathroom. The mirror was damaged and there was a leak on the bathroom.

Location is within easy walking distance to Topkapi Palace, Aya Sofia, and the Blue Mosque. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful in giving dining, shopping, and siteseeing directions. The streets around the hotel are teeming with shops and Turkish restaurants.

The hotel provides a pick up and delivery shuttle from the airport at a reasonable cost. The main airport is far out of the main city so this was a major selling point for me. Also the hotel has a lift so you aren't dragging your luggage up stairs. And the breakfast, which is included in the room rate, has many options for all tastes.

The location was perfect . The breakfast was various and delicious . The reception staff are friendly and kind especially Mahmod, Lala , Jamal and the whole staff in the hotel . The daily cleaning was perfect . All the workers of the hotel were helpful do that I recommend this hotel . Definitely I'll come back next time .

Just one thing was uncomfortable for me and my family the cats in the reception so please pay attentionfor this point otherwise everything was very good .

LOCATION is superb right where you want to be to walk to all the major sights. And they Allowed me to check in very late after a late international flight landing at midnight. Very pretty and comfortable rooms with lovely decor and traditional bath. Great strong wifi, comfortable beds and air con. Provided with shampoo and gels great for a solo backpacker. Excellent breakfast service. AND they allowed me to check out an extra hour late at 1pm FOR FREE no extra charge and they reserved a taxi for me! The lady at the desk made sure I got to my taxi ok, and made sure the driver took card. I have never felt so looked after and cared for, I will be staying here next time I come back!

Bathroom door didn’t shut properly, didn’t bother me but would just be nice to keep the aircon in the main room. Very loud by guests in lobby at about 8am onwards- need earplugs if room is on the ground floor by reception
