I picked this place because of it’s location. always wanted to stay in a room with a full Bosphorus view. I enjoyed a morning and evening walk by the Bosphorus as well.

1. no one meet guests upon arrival. no help with luggage provided. 2. the English language level of the personal is far below average. 3. Rooms are small. 4. no alcohol beverages severed at the hotel. you can kiss good by your idea of having a glass of Champagne at your Bosphorus view balcony. 5. early morning, I went downstairs for a walk. Girl at the resumption didn’t said “Good morning “. it was so unusual for Turkey, where hospitality level is high, that it was really unpleasant and shocking in some way. I should say, it is a miss-managed hotel and our stay there was quite disappointing.

Very friendly staff, comfy beds, great service all around, delicious food. Because we stayed 10 days we got 2 complimentary breakfasts which was such a lovely treat. Really added to our wonderful stay! Thank you!

Cleaning service varied from day to day overall good but. Sometimes toiletries were not replaced or taken away. There were 2 of us staying and we kept getting 1 new towel instead of 2!

Great location, nice interior, well maintained.

The staff were not friendly, except for the gentleman who helped me with taxi. Breakfast is decent, but it’s not included in the rate and it’s a la cart, so you have to wait for everything. It won’t work if you are in a rush. Another thing is diffusers in the corridor. It’s a strong chemical smell, that doesn’t add any value.

The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel rooms are very clean and well-decorated. I felt it was my home in Turkey. Great views from the rooms.

There is nothing to mention here, as everything was great. May be the only area of improvement is to add more water in the rooms, instead of asking the reception for it or to go down to pick it up from the reception.

We stayed for our wedding day there. We had our makeup artists , photographers and families visit us for photoshoot. They were very friendly nice and supportive. We requested them 2 times on the wedding day for cleaning and many other stuff.i rate them as excellent

So for bringing our family for 2 hours we had to pay 200 euro

Very helpful and polite staff. Exceptional view from the bed directly at the sunrise over Bosphorus! Comfy bed. No problem with free car parking - the staff has done it for me well. Nice interiors with a bit of luxury feeling. The noise from the street was not a problem with closed windows and air-condition on.

Quite far from the old town and all sightseeing points of interest, in the evening as good as no chance to get there by car due to heavy traffic, neither metro station in the vicinity. No breakfast buffet, only served breakfast (taking time...), with a very limited choice. The restaurant menu offers as good as no Turkish quisin and is very limited as such. Going to Turkya, I am not keen on eating Italian pasta or Japanese sushi... And, I was little disappointed with the French "balcony" in my room, I thought that I will have a nice seating outside on my own balcony which would be very pleasant in the evening. The room next to me had a normal balcony. I misunderstood the photo of the room on the booking platform - my failure.

The hotel is amazing, they care about the smallest details and the view is directly in front of the Bosphorus. I would like to thank the employee DENIZ for his kind reception and his help in everything. He was very kind and respectful.

Excellent location in front of the sea, room with sea view is great, just sit and watch from the large window as if you are sitting outside. Also breakfast in front of the hotel is amazing. staff are very nice and supportive with a smile specially OZGUR.

a bit far from main attraction, but metro station is 7 min away. taxis in rush hours take long time to get one.

Comfortable beds, delicious food and great location

My "do not disturb sign" did not function outside my door so i was woken up by the house keeping everyday. I notified reception but it was not fixed before i left...
