The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room service was good. Also the location was ideal with the metro literally around the corner. The breakfast had a very extensive selection and was well presented by the pleasant staff.

Neither Booking.com nor the hotel mentioned beforehand that a deposit (100 euros) is to be taken whilst checking in. The hotel refunds the deposited amount in Turkish Liras after checking out. Turkish Liras are useless as people usually travel back home after checking out of the hotel. They are also worthless in Europe.

The comfort of the room, the breakfast, everything you need they are there to support

The pool. It's small for swimming. The jacuzzi was often full of men, so I had no chance to try it alone even for one day. They could control the length of time people stay inside a little so that others can also enjoy it. They didn't give me a towel when I visited the spa. Many people did not speak English in the breakfast room and were in a hurry to clear the plates during breakfast, even when you were still eating the last piece of breakfast or still had some water or coffee. It was stressful to say "wait a bit" every time.

There are many restaurants shopping malls within walking distance. The metro is only 50m away. There is a masjid nearby. All the staff are friendly without exception. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh juices and staff are working like a honeybee to care for the guests.

I feel the security personal should be able to recognize the guests, so no need for the females guests to put their handbags under the x-ray machine every time they enter the hotels.

everything was amazing, very friendly, polite and helpful. being close to the metro is a plus considering the traffic in Istanbul.

only 2 things: 1.The orange juice in the breakfast wasn’t freshly squeezed. 2.They put paper cups in the rooms which is not very nice.

The room is spacious, very clean and well designed. Furniture looks very new, the beds are comfortable, and the windows are soundproof. Breakfast was good. The location is great for transport, the hotel is near metro station and airport bus stop. Staff are polite and helpful.

Only some minor moments, when the staff should be more attentive to details. E.g. one time a trash bin remained full after room cleanup, also sometimes there were no cups or spoons at breakfast venue so we had to go ask for them.

Everything was just perfect, the staff were so nice ,many thanks to Seyma at the reception and to Cansu at the Lounge. The hotel became so beautiful after the renovation and to be fair the hotel is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. The location is fabulous, the metro is 2 minutes from the hotel .

I stayed at 3 other hotels in Istanbul and I can say this hotel is the best so far in terms of spacious room and amazing staff treatment, also I had an issue with my room and they solved it quickly The location is a bit far from the crowded areas such as Sultan Ahmed and Taksim which for me is not a big deal bcuz I prefer a safe and quiet areas, you won’t feel isolated bcz there is a mall u can walk to it and restaurants around Thanks Sheraton for the amazing experience I will come back again plz don’t increase ur prices :)

The location was good as it was close to the metro station. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Big thanks to Oner and Burak for moving our rooms so my family and I were in two rooms with an interconnecting door. Also thanks to Eren for contacting me prior to my stay at Sheraton for assistance. And thanks to the staff for allowing us to stay in the lounge when our flight was unexpectedly delayed for two hours.

The walls were a bit thin; I heard a phone alarm from the neighboring room in the middle of the night. Also the second room we stayed in had a bathtub rather than a shower box (I prefer showerboxes).
