The Staff, was very kind and helpfull, they helped me to assist ( i lost my passport and had to made a application for a Laissez Passer) I am really gratefull Also with the public transport its very easy to go from here to the city center (Taksim) with the Bus to Levent and than metro to Taksim. Wonderfull staff, i know the ones that assisted me (Aygül, Mahmut & Yusuf) When i come back to Istanbul i will book again at Radisson Asia Kavacik. Also the room was clean and big and very modern. The hotel is very well located, if you have things to do in both European and Asian sides of Istanbul, this is a very good choice. The room is very spacious compared to other Park Inns. They also have a parking lot under the building, which is very important if you have a car as it is hard to find a parking space in the neighborhood.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Room service was fast and delicious. Location is great if you need to go to the European side. The room is spacious and gets a lot of light. The water pressure is great. The fitness room is small, but since I was alone all the times I went there it was like having a gym of my own.

Parking lot is a little bit inconvenient.

The room presented during the booking did not match the one provided upon arrival. Instead of the spacious room I had reserved, they assigned us a smaller one. The noise is very high from outside. The hotel staff are friendly. Very near to the University's.

Very positive staff attitude in welcoming and accommodating guests. Free upgrade was offered as part of the generosity culture.

Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned. We left early morning and returned in the evening with the room in the same condition despite leaving the sign of room cleaning.

The staff is very friendly, they helped with all my questions. Being near a main road it is easy to go to seaside or museums on Asia side. Internet speed was great! Hotel helped taking covid tests, medical staff came to the room, took tests and reception printed out results. Great job!

Minibar was empty :( Turkish hamam and sauna was hot, however Spa corridor was cold. We were not provided with robes as well :( There is nothing to sightsee around, however there are several restaurants and cafes.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. It’s at the perfect location if you are in Istanbul for some medical work. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything about the hotel is great.

None that I can think off

Very large room, excellent staff that were very helpful with taxis, advice etc. I was there for work, so the hotel is very well positioned. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and good quality.

Be careful which side of the hotel your room is on since one side is very close to a 6 lane highway and can be noisy.

Staff was friendly and very helpful in all avenues. I am reserving for a conference soon.

The lack of Shampoo and conditioner was a thing we noticed not in the shower.

The staff are so kind and caring Location is close to Istanbul Medipol University where my daughter is studying Food in their restaurant the restaurant is very good. Location is good as between Asian and European sides of Istanbul

Noise between rooms and corridor to room is passing through the walls...but not much bad. Room lighting theme could be better, for me I founded low LUX level especially for the mirrors inside the toilet and in the room.
